Bought this approximately 5 weeks ago.Extremely easy to set up.Very user friendly.Easy to navigate through the many features.Impressed with the many programs that are available for viewing.The few times that I was having with technical issues,the support staff was very good in helping me resolve my issues.

This is my second Roku 4K streaming stick that I have purchased. The previous one lasted me 5 years without any issues. However, about 3 months ago, it stopped working due most likely to a blackout in are neighborhood. When I went on to turn on the Roku it didn't respond. I think the new 4K stick video wise looks even better than the old one it replaced, brighter picture, but can't verify for sure without an A/B comparison. All the features I love on a Roku are there easy to navigate interface , voice recognition, very snappy and quick switching from different channels, and programs with little to no lag. The user experience for me is much better than the Amazon fire stick I used previously. The only real criticism for me is the remote did not include a backlight feature. However, that was solved by buying extra on their site, the Roku backlit remote.

This is my forth Roku. It is simple to use and the remote controls basic tv needs. My big complaint is that you have to set up each Roku individually. It would be easier if your streaming information was saved in your user accounts and you could log into a new Roku and it would set it self up with all your channel logins.

I had to buy another after the update stated my old roku wouldn’t be supported and this one has issues I never had with my old one. I constantly have issues with the volume not wanting to go up or down. I change batteries thinking it’s that and it doesn’t fix the problem.

I have 5 ROKU in use and have enjoyed them. One unit recently began acting unusual: frequently requiring it to be disconnected, allowing it to “reboot”, reconnect and try again. I ordered and installed a replacement unit however encountered uncontrollable volume with the new unit. Regardless if I tried to increase, decrease or mute the volume, it would amp up the volume to deafening levels. My only resolution was to reinstall the old unit.

Roku has the potential to be amazing. Unfortunately The Roku and my cable streaming service have a compatibility issue. I’m now on my 3rd Roku. The first one had a memory issue and I replaced it pretty quickly. The second one kept turning off with some unknown issue and it also did not want to open the app. This one doesn’t want to open the streaming app most of the time either. If you could fix your reliability you would have an amazing product at a great price.

In some aspects this works fine, others need help. 1) I have to re-log on to cable provider. This is very annoying. 2) Even though I have my settings to not have the "are you still watching" it still comes up. 3) Too many commercials. while watching golf, if I was watching on cable they would have a "play through" with Roku we don't get the play though and just get the commercials. 4) Too many commercials elsewhere. I will probably try another stick to stream in the future.

Can't believe how fantastic this service is. My WIFI is great now,, it has even improved my phone service, but the shows & programs without all the adds are fantastic. Also no down time just because of wind or rain. So satisfied with this product....

In the past (2) months, I purchased (2) ROKU St-Stick 4K devices after dumping cable. Already used a ROKU Ultra for our primary 4K TV, so now have all (3) TVs covered. All units work perfectly and are easy to navigate. Coupled with new TERK flat panel HD internal antennas, I've got all the important areas covered.

Always was a little leary of these. But after getting a Roku tv for my bedroom wanted someway to get the same shows on the tv in kitchen so I bought this stick. Have not regretted it at all!!! Easy to install. Now I get to view shows I haven't seen in ages!!
