I have used my Roku for about , 8 yrs. . After about 4 yrs. , I had put a small fan on it , an extension line on the stick . To get it away from the back of the TV . Heat seemed to be the problem. I also added a timer. So your are thinking why 5 stars . I think it's the greatest cord cutter11111

The Roku streaming stick has been a great entertainment tool that allows my family one of the largest opportunity to have a plethora of movies and other contents to enjoy! Thank you for this simple device that brings into our home hours of viewing movies, documentaries, news and a variety of resources at our fingertips!

Our Roku tv has become so sluggish, suffers frequent rebooting on its own that we bought this hoping it would cure the issue. While the picture is much better, the other problems (though less severe) still remain. The volume of Netflix is ridiculously low. Netflix is sluggish, the shows are slow to populate, and after exiting there is a good chance the next app will crash when we try to open it. I’ve been a fan and user sine the company started. I don’t understand what the problem is with Roku and Netflix. I don’t have issues with other apps.

The Roku Stick was easy to set up. We changed from cable and a few streaming apps to full streaming. Connecting it to the TV was was easy and the Roku remote controls the TV. The only downside is the delay when the system starts up, and a slight delay when getting to the first app. The app icons could be a bit smaller too. Overall very pleased.

I generally love the product. However, I wish the remote buttons for streaming services was programmable. I subscribe to Netflix and Amazon video but not Apple TV, for now. Also, I wish there was a way to program the remote to control audio systems. My TVs’ volume controls are mot variable through the fiber optic connection.

I was a little hesitant to buy a Roku because I've had a competitor in the past. We made the switch about two months ago and have seen a noticeable difference. The device also comes with kid friendly shows for our toddler to watch. Great product, would recommend.

My first unit would not set up, so I called Roku and they thought the remote had a problem, and they sent me a new one, but that didn’t solve the problem. I called them again and they decided to send me a new unit. It works great and I am very pleased with the service that it provides me

I've had the streaming stick for a couple of years now. We regularly take it with us on vacations and plug it into available televisions and they always work like a charm. I have a ROKU tv, 2 ROKU streaming boxes and the stick. They have all lasted and make our television viewing life easy and dependable. I highly doubt the veracity of the "one star" reviews. I've had too many different ROKU products and have never had issues with any of them over the years. I am a fan!

I wasn't sure I'd like using Roku all the time, but I do. There seems to be much more available then I had initially thought. One suggestion on the remote is to have it be a touch bigger & a bit of light within to see the buttons easier when watching in a lower lit room.

We were using a zumo and it was too difficult for my mother-in-law to navigate. Switching to the Roku was a great decision because she can get to her shows and since we already used the Roku we know how to help her. One of the things we love best about the Roku is the search function not within the Roku app but within the Roku device.
