While setting up this devise on TV, I was asked for credit card info. After giving one card that was oddly declined it asked for a different one. it to was declined. Instantly I got fraudulent charges on both cards. I called customer service with issue so they could look into it and they acted like they could care less saying someone might call me back. I strongly recommend you not using this product.

I bought this remote about a month ago and had to have the remote replaced. I co trolled the tv maybe 10% of the time at best. The replacement doesn't control the tv about 10-15% of the ti.e which is annoying. I like ROKU and have for years but this model of their stick is not even worth the sale price I paid.

We had a previous version of Roku so with the arrival of our new smart Samsung TV, it was a no-brainer to acquire our second Roku for that TV. The Roku Stick is a breeze to use, one of the most intuitive devices in this new age of very confusing and non-intuitive tech! Directions to use the Stick and the support available is a pleasure and is the best model the rest of the industry should copy.

I've been a Roku customer and fan since 2011. In my opinion, they've consistently had the most intuitive interface and best all around products of all streaming hardware and software I've seen or used. My new Streaming Stick is living up to the high expectations I have for any Roku product.

Purchased this to cut back on rental costs for cable tv equipment. Operation is seamless after adding and logging into the various app (including one for cable tv). We like that it controls programming as well as the volume on the device it’s connected to. Haven’t explored the free tv viewing options yet but expect them to work well. Roku device is fairly small and easy to hide behind the tv’s they are connected to. We purchased 2 of the 4K sticks as well as the Roku ultra. We are happy with the purchase.

I switched from my Fire Stick back to the Roku, I really like the clean screen with no clutter, it is fast and doesn’t drop signal in the middle of a program. My modem is a few feet away and the Fire Stick kept locking up. I really enjoy the sharp picture I get with Roku and very glad we switched.

I had a box from a competitor and it worked pretty good. Changed my internet to fiberoptic and had to turn in the box. I was recommended by 3 or 4 friends to get the Rocu . It is so much better there is no comparison to anything on the market. It has acted strange a couple of times play for a few minutes then turn black a few seconds but a quick reset and it works great again

I had an older model Roku with no voice function. Received this newer model as a gift. When it works, it is a nice device. Image and sound quality are very good. The issue is an error screen that says something about an HDCP error. This requires unplugging the Roku to reset it. At least once a day. Sometimes more.

I couldn’t figure out how to get tv stations or strin my trailer. Finally after a few years I tried the Roku stick. Being as u don’t need an outlet on addition to set up system u just plug in back of tv! We have a purchased wifi ATT portable router that we pay monthly and that is our internet! Even airstream and online forums didn't have an easy solution. Now we stream live tv and services we have.

This is my second Roku 4K streaming stick that I have purchased. The previous one lasted me 5 years without any issues. However, about 3 months ago, it stopped working due most likely to a blackout in are neighborhood. When I went on to turn on the Roku it didn't respond. I think the new 4K stick video wise looks even better than the old one it replaced, brighter picture, but can't verify for sure without an A/B comparison. All the features I love on a Roku are there easy to navigate interface , voice recognition, very snappy and quick switching from different channels, and programs with little to no lag. The user experience for me is much better than the Amazon fire stick I used previously. The only real criticism for me is the remote did not include a backlight feature. However, that was solved by buying extra on their site, the Roku backlit remote.
