So, the remote upgrades are fun. But other than that and the fresh speed the system has, it was a HUGE ball ache trying to get the whole thing working. It did keep all my channels from my last Roku system, but all the thumbnails were missing, and the only solution I could find (after trying every kind of reset and restart known to the internet) was to arduously go in and manually delete and reinstall each channel. Once I did that, all the thumbnails were there. But WOW. That sucked. I was happy enough with my old Roku system, honestly.

I purchased the Roku streaming stick and remote to replace my one year old Roku Equipment. It worked great for the first month then problems began to appear. Both the volume and mute buttons only work intermittently, so I need to maintain the TV’s remote. I don’t know what is causing this problem but it now takes longer for Roku to connect with my internet. My internet speed is over 200 and I had never experienced this problem before.

I recently read an article about protecting your identity and privacy where it was recommended that you take your own streaming device while on vacation. I set up my new Roku stick at home prior to leaving for a 3-day trip away from home, so when I plugged it into the HDMI port at the hotel, it was ready to go. It made my husband very happy to be able to watch his streaming subscriptions and wasn't forced to watch what was available on live TV. Five stars, thanks Roku!

We bought a smart TV a few years back, but it became so front-heavy with constantly updated and new added apps it was too slow and unwieldy to enjoy anymore. I bought a Roku stick as a last-ditch effort before buying a new TV and I'm so happy with the results I bought my son a new Roku TV for Christmas!

This is my first Roku stick. This Roku stick is replacing my old Roku lil box.. I like Roku products. I think Roku makes their products easy to use and at a better price than others. Give it a go if you are wanting a new way to watch TV! Totally worth it!

This is my 6th Roku purchase, 3 for my house and 3 for my mom’s house. It is the only tv format I watch. Recently went on vacation and was sorry I didn’t bring it with me!! I’m truly addicted! It is amazing that there’s so much free and very entertaining tv available! Thank you Roku!!!!

I bought this Roku because the apps were struggling on my LG with WebOS. I had an older one in the bedroom and had no complaints. Bought thus new one for the basement and all my streaming issues went away. Love the fact that the Roku will now turn on the TV and control the volume as well. Voice recognition is a bonus. Definitely recommend a Roku.

I was getting so over cable! My friend has a Roku stick so I thought I'd give it a try and I'm so happy that I did! There is so much to watch and the only down side of Roku is that I'm having a hard time choosing what to watch. Thank you so much Roku for making my life (and my budget) so happy.

Roku was easy to setup. Easy to understand and navigate. I’m 70 and it was easy for me to setup and understand everything even though I’m not tech savvy 😂. I love the movies shows live tv and YouTube. Of course if you’re interested in other subscriptions they’re on Roku as well. Enjoy 😊 I know I’m having a ball learning and watching and streaming!!!

I have been using Roku for years. I had been using the old version which connects via HDMI cables. This new one is soooo much better and faster. No wires and plugs directly into the hdmi port. Roku also has the best channels. I have Roku now in 5 of my 6 TVs around my house. Even in my garage!!!!!!! The voice remote is amazing. I’m actually going to buy Roku as Christmas gifts this year!!!!!!! Customer for life.
