Junk

I bought this mower i used it 30 minutes now it won't start yes there is fresh gas in it. Dont buy i bought it 2 yrs ago wo i cant return it . This was my first time mowing with it.

Do not buy

It states that they will fix if it doesnt start in two tries that they will fix for free. I reached out to the company and got a you need to contact a 3rd party. It wont start after 6 months. So good luck

Like this mower

Like this mower . I have had this mower for 3 years, I like the way it stores upright , I like that you never have to change the oil. But I do agree with some of the reviews that say the self propell speed is way way way to fast.

After two seasons quit running

For Briggs and Stratton, its a poor engine. After two years, emptying after season, no ethanol in gas, it would start and immediately die. Fortunately, Sams club was great, they took it back no questions asked. Loved their return policy.

Avoid this Junk at all costs.

Does not start out of box. Obviously i followed the instructions to the letter. Full of oil and fresh gas. Tried two brand new spark plugs. Returned and got another mower. Same issue. Low quality garbage. Will be shopping elsewhere.

Self propelled issue

I really like this mower, but the spring that keeps tension on the self drive belt came off and it is somewhere in my lawn. Thus far I haven't been able to find a replacement.

broken

Purchased in June 2022, it already broken, coil that retracts the stater rope has broken, just don’t like this mower, I have knee problems, self propelled is just to fast , no way to adjust walking speed.

Plastic parts for self-propelled pulley broke

Used the mower for one season and it ran great until the plastic pulley on the self-propelled gearbox broke/melted. No replacement part to be found, even on the manufacturer's website. Very disappointed.

Disappointed

It has not been even two years, lightly used and it would not start. I will try fixing it under warranty, nut I am not quite hopeful after calling manufacture's dealer. I will NOT RECOMMED it.

This lawn mower i ever owned. I. Used it twice. It would stop while cuttting grass. Then had to wait 30 to 40 minutes before it would start again. When i came to use it again it would not start.
