This is my 5th one in about two years Runs great for the 3rd or 4th time cutting and you need sneakers to keep up with the self propelled, but all where the same after a couple of yard cutting the self propelled part of the mower gives out doesn't work. I am on the newest one same thing happened. I kept buying the same one thinking that Yard Force would fix the problem. I am 100% disabled Vet and thought I found a good machine. And cant find someone reasonable enough to fix it. I will have to try a new brand mower to that gives me what I need. Its still a good one start mower even without the self-propelled but they need to address this part of the mower.

This mower cannot be adjusted.

We bought this lawnmower one month ago. It runs so fast that it pulls both myself and my husband down. I just got off of the phone with support and was advised that that's just the way it is, i.e. there is no adjustment. This mower is obviously not adjusted correctly if it pulls down an adult. Support was of no help whatsoever.

Worst Mower I have ever bought

Self propeller doesn't work. I did call the manufacturer who provided independent warranty repair support sites in Palmetto and Carterville GA. None of the repair shops would take on the repair work because they can not get parts for this brand. They've stopped accepting the brand for repair work. Waste of my $380! and time!

Unhappy customer

This mower has a self propeller that jumps forward too fast. I have no control over smaller areas around trees etc...It's almost too dangerous for me to operate. I am returning it. I need something that goes at my pace where I have more control. Plus the handles you have to hold down are too far apart. It is lightweight and works well but a terrible match for what I need.

Bought and need a cable for the drive and self-propelled took it to a different dealer and because it’s a foreign part, they don’t carry it. I did get a hold of a different company and theirs is out of stock which has been since May so now I’m sitting with a mower that technically runs. It’s just not self-propelled no more would not recommend this to anyone you call the company and they don’t sell replacement parts

2 times I bought this mower

The first mower I got something broke on the frame. SAM'S allowed me to return to store since it was purchased there. Replaced with second one and then the RWD plastic part that turns the self propel broke. SAM'S is giving me a full refund. Had to send back via FED EX but wad hard to find a box that worked. The mower worked great while it was all functioning.

Easy,reasonable price for a lawnmower

My dad is 80 years old we got it for his birthday. He absolutely loves it he said it does the job he's had no problems and he's had alot of mowers in his time lol. He's very happy with this purchase and it's going on a year he would definitely recommend this lawnmower. 👍

Good Value

Good value if you buy it on sale. Then it's the cheapest vertical storage mower available. As far as quality it isn't a Honda or even a Toro but it doesn't cost as much as them either. The biggest issue is that it doesn't handle grass clippings that well. It blows them past the mulching plug, out the closed side discharge door, and out the front top of the rear door when the bag is attached. It also seems to pack grass clippings into the shroud around the drive belt which is probably why the self propel slows and fails so often. It isn't as good a mulcher as the twenty eight year old Craftsman mower it replaced but it is quieter and uses less fuel. The best feature is the vertical storage - it freed up lots of space in my storage shed. It won't last more than a couple of years but for the price paid that's OK.

broken channel arm guide

bought the mower last fall and have used it around 7 or 8 times. no need to cut the grass in the winter. was mowing my lawn today and the whole mower dropped to the lowest setting. I was very surprised to see the channel guide for the mower height arm laying on the ground next to the mower! Glad I didn't run it over that could have been very dangerous. (see the picture) Now the mower height is stuck at the bottom and cannot use the mower! will be returning the mower tomorrow and getting a refund. something like should not happen with less than 10 uses.

Sorry mower

Worst mower I've ever bought. Dive system last one year. Part of the under carriage bent in. Can't find blades. Had to replace the blade adapter and use a different blade. New blade was to long, had to grind down blade about a 1/8 on each end. If the store does not sell blades, don't buy a mower there!!
