There really isn't much of a flavor profile in these. If you are going to overload on carbs, I think there should be more reward in taste. If you prefer something bland, these will serve you well.

The texture of these was more sourdough than ciabatta and kind of dry. They also molded in less than a week. I have never had that happen with other ciabatta.

Love these ciabbata rolls. They're great for toasting slices for bruschetta. Only improvement would be more yeast to give them that fresh baked bakery taste.

Taste great. Great fir sandwiches. I extend the life of the bread by cutting and freezing rolls. I use as needed for sandwiches. If not frozen, rolls stale quickly.

The rolls were great with coffee in the am instead of a donut. Toasted with butter and jelly. Had a few leftover from having Italian night the night before family likes a change from garlic bread.

I could live on these things. This is my favorite bread and I can't say enough good things about it. The bread is always excellent and I'm always happy!!

We loved these rolls! Great toasted to pair with some pasta. They make great sandwiches. I would purchase these rolls again. They can be cut into slices and warmed and served with any meal.

Great ciabatta bread. These little buns are so versatile and perfect for 1! I put 2 into a freezer zip bag and take them out as needed. I aldo use them as hamburger bun and they hold up so well.

These spoil too fast IMO. They get mold before I can eat the entire bag. Usually throw half away. I’m sure there is no preservatives and the moisture from the hot rolls doesn’t help. But they’re still good

Delicious…. These don’t last more than a day in my home! Great for sandwiches or just to eat by themselves. Found a super affordable bread that will be eaten during thanksgiving and Christmas dinners this year and beyond!
