I made some amazing sandwiches with three of these, but unfortunately, the rest molded quickly. If you buy them, I recommend eating them all right away. I’m guessing they don’t contain many preservatives.

I love these rolls. I’ve read a lot of reviews of mold. When I buy these rolls I check the date on the package to ensure freshness. If I’m not using immediately, I put these in my freezer along with other bread I buy, and take out the number of rolls I need for that day. I have not experienced any mold. My husband only eats wheat bread, and he loves the taste of these. It hold up well in making sandwiches and never do we deal with a soggy bun. I will continue buying the Ciabatta. The processing of freezing and using only the amount I need for the day, works well for us.

These cibatta are a remarkable value and a hidden gem among a sea of soft white breads. When properly heated or toasted (or cut in half with the crumb side buttered then toasted in a screaming hot cast iron pan) they have a crunchy/crisp robust crust and an airy delicate crumb just begging to dip in EVOO or made into a hearty sandwich.

Love these! Refrigerate after a day or two if you haven't eaten them all.😂 Keeps well! Split them first then bake at 350F in oven for 5-8 minutes. Try all your favorite sandwich ingredients and get prepared to be blown away!

These rolls are always good. Every time I've bought them they've been delicious. We often bring them home and freeze them. Then we nuke them for 20 seconds and have a most delicious treat. Their ciabatta bread is great too!

Wonderful artisan Ciabatta, they don't have preservatives so they don't last long. Recommend freezing. Taste lovely toasted.

Ciabatta bread makes he best sandwich bread. We also use it to make garlic pizza bread with cheese on top.

The quality is good. I gave 4 stars just because of the packaging. I understand they need to pack these in a perforated bag for the steam to escape but they dry out and become very hard if you store in the same bag. I wish they could try to pack the bread after they cool down in a sealed bag.

Rolls molded faster than bread I received got to eat one before the whole bag went moldy 1 day what a waste sell by date was several days out

The bread turned moldy the third day after we purchased it. After toasting it, my wife and I made sandwiches with it, and our stomachs were in pain. When we saw mold on the bread, we figured out why we had stomach aches.
