Soft inside, crunchy outside. Delicious, will buy again

A little tough and grew mold on 3 days.

Love them BUT, I found them $1.00 cheaper in Walmart !

Good and fresh but if you are buying these, be sure to eat them right away or at the least, keep them in your refrigerator. Had mold on them in less than a week.

Got these with online order, sadly expiration day was so close was only able to eat one before I had to get rid of them. Felt like they dumped soon to be expired ones on me. But could have been an honest mistake

I bought 2 packages of these rolls for a dinner party. I picked the rolls up the day before the party. The rolls were hard to bite into and very dry. There was plenty of left over rolls. I placed the rolls in a ziplock bag and within 2 days the rolls were moldy. very disappointing

These cibatta are a remarkable value and a hidden gem among a sea of soft white breads. When properly heated or toasted (or cut in half with the crumb side buttered then toasted in a screaming hot cast iron pan) they have a crunchy/crisp robust crust and an airy delicate crumb just begging to dip in EVOO or made into a hearty sandwich.
