Tasty and soft to chew.

Best rolls ever! Aboulutely delicious! They make great dinner rolls and are wonderful for sandwiches, burgers and toast. Extra bonus! NO sugar added! Com'on now, I saw the comments about mold. What do you want, more preservatives?! If you're not going to use them in a few days, wrap and freeze. Still great!

I'd give them 5 stars but so often they immediately get moldy, not just little spots, I mean CRAZY moldy, like overnight on day 2 or 3 there is a new city of New York Mold town. I love these, they are awesome, but I feel like it's so often a waste of money unless you can freeze them, but that's hard when you have a tiny freezer, or eat (if you are lucky and they last to day 3) 2 sandwiches a day, then you can get through 1/2 a pack before you have to toss them. They are so good though when you can eat them before Mold Metropolis sets in.

They remind me of the bread my Grandmother made. When you open the bag for the first time, you smell yeast...that's what real bread smells like. These rolls aren't like the overly processed breads, i.e. Wonder Bread, Pepperidge Farm, Sara Lee, etc...breads that are like eating a sweet sponge. They have texture and are chewy. Great for eating with butter, toasted or as a sandwich.

I honestly think these are very good ciabatta rolls but they aren't baked quite enough. having said that, I enjoy them toasted or if I'm packing a sandwich for overnight, I'll stick them in the air fryer for a few minutes then let them cool back down

These used to be so good but the last few times I purchased they are just doughy, dense buns, not Ciabatta. When I asked someone in the bakery they informed me that they had been getting many complaints. If Sam's changed distributors they made a big mistake, at least I won't be buying again.

First time buying this and it totally misses the mark. It was just a thick dense bread inside and out. It lacks the interior air holes and has NO chewy exterior which is what Ciabatta is all about. This was the worst Ciabatta roll I had ever had. This deserves zero stars!

Sam's double baked these rolls (they arrive in store baked and frozen and then they bake again to be able to “baked in club.” The result is a very dry and often crumbling roll. We used to love these, but they are so dry now that they crumble when we use them as burger or sandwich buns. This has happened on several occasions and ruined the meal, so we're done buying them.

I discovered these randomly one time and I am so glad I did. These are amazing!! And what a great value. These make the best toast you will ever eat in your life. Seriously. Cut this in half and toast it extra toasty and put really good butter on and it’s heaven. Everyone I make this for agrees with me once they try it

These cibatta are a remarkable value and a hidden gem among a sea of soft white breads. When properly heated or toasted (or cut in half with the crumb side buttered then toasted in a screaming hot cast iron pan) they have a crunchy/crisp robust crust and an airy delicate crumb just begging to dip in EVOO or made into a hearty sandwich.
