Bread tasted stale. Really wanted to try this bread. So it was maybe 2 days from being outdated. But was hoping it would be okay. The bread was very very tough and stale tasting. Live about 30 minutes away. Not wanting to go back, i just trashed it. Lesson learned, but so disappointed.

Best Ciabatta rolls by far! Love them and they freeze great.

Great and declicious rolls. Turned into steak sandwiches big hit.

Delicious but molded fast within 2 days, so make sure you use them asap.
