Purchased this product to hopefully store and protect documents from a house fire, Lets hope that we never find out if it works.

The safe freezes up after I push in the code. Even if I give it a few minutes and re enter the code it won’t open. It’s done this numerous times.

Love my safe but I lost the battery tray and can’t find replacement anywhere can anyone help me with this

I'm not sure if the safe was on auction because it was dented & didn't sell or if it happened during shipping. It still works and I obviously didn't buy it as a show piece so I kept it. Too bad it was a top front corner so it is obvious.

I love this safe because it's perfect size for my document and precious item too

So surprise the super password cannot be change , really stupid product

Not impressed, just got it and the handle is already broken.

The cost was reasonable and set-up was simple and easy.
