Purchased this product to hopefully store and protect documents from a house fire, Lets hope that we never find out if it works.

I am very pleased with this purchase. It has met my needs exactly and the customer support has been amazing!

I'm not sure if the safe was on auction because it was dented & didn't sell or if it happened during shipping. It still works and I obviously didn't buy it as a show piece so I kept it. Too bad it was a top front corner so it is obvious.

I love this safe because it's perfect size for my document and precious item too

The cost was reasonable and set-up was simple and easy.

This safe gives my family a sense of security for all of our family treasures.

Not impressed, just got it and the handle is already broken.

So surprise the super password cannot be change , really stupid product
