I've had this model safe for years now. It's solid as a rock. You can program 2 combinations for it, but make sure you put the "Master Password" in a safe place. You'll need it to change the personal combinations or to access the safe if you forget them.

Over a month now I got this safe can’t open the door Keep on calling customer service no one ever picked up phone , did all as per manual book , watch video. No it won’t open Never buy it first it is toooo heavy to move around then you can’t even use it After you bring it good luck you are on your own

Put brand new batteries in it not too long ago. Unknowingly, one of the batteries leaked inside it and the keypad no longer works. Unable to open safe now. Waste of $200. Stay away from the safes with the electronic keypad.

The first 3 years it be used smoothly. Now we often can’t open it since digital code in proceed but not work.It scared us. I put oil as manual but not much help.

I bought this model about 8 years ago and now I can't open it up.the batteries were dead so we changed them but the numbers do not light up.I put new batteries in it and nothing work it does not light up. Do we need to reset it or what?

I have purchased two of these now and believe that my items stay secure with this SentrySafe.

The safe freezes up after I push in the code. Even if I give it a few minutes and re enter the code it won’t open. It’s done this numerous times.

Love my safe but I lost the battery tray and can’t find replacement anywhere can anyone help me with this
