We needed to replace our safe. We found that the safe was a reasonable price. I find that the safe is very easy to open and like that you included a light to see what is in the safe. I like that the safe is fire & water safe. Thank you very much for producing this safe.

This safe is really good size adn easy to use and set up. I had an earlier version of this one that only lasted about 10 years before the safe became difficult to open and the handle broke. This version seems to be made better, more secure and easier to open and close plus it has the LED lights which are a nice bonus.

I love the easy set up and that I can open it easily every time. I like that this safe is not too heavy and I can move it slightly if I need to clean around it but still heavy enough that someone is not going to easily walk off with it. It is a good size for my valuables.

Note that the safe is not big enough, even though it's a XL size. When you're mounting it, first you lose the guarantee to be water safe, second you have to drill it, and the quality looks cheap. I don't know if it's still safe for fire. I'm planning to return it. The door handle looks fragile also. Don't recommend.

Unfortunately I purchased this safe without a manual so I didn’t have the 5 Digit code to set my individual combo. I tried to get one online several different ways but that’s only for people who live in the USA or certain EU countries , as per those web site and customer service rep. So, I live in Canada, where I assume they sell lots of these safes and after 56 minutes on hold I was told I need a document notarized because I live in Canada and they don’t have the technology to verify my identity because I’m Canadian. So now I have to go to city hall and pay to have the document notarized so that I can send it back and I think I have to pay a fee (I’m not sure I haven’t been told yet) to get an operable safe. I will update on the safe when I get it open. For now customer service rates a 1. The rep I spoke to was amazing and he gets a 5* rating. It is all the hoops I had to get to to even get a response that was challenging.

I love this attractive safe and it's the perfect size for our valuables and important documents. The digital model suits our needs; no key or combination to deal with. It seems to be made very well, it's strong and it looks just like a safe should look. I've only had it for less than a month but so far so good!

Nice safe with exceptions...Like battery compartment is on out side of safe and if it is stolen you can't open safe. I bought it to keep expensive watches, Jewelry and guns safe but the instructions say not too because safe is so air tight it will ruin them.

Great safe only concern is that because it is waterproof which is a great bonus, the safe must be opened one a month otherwise documents or jewelry will get damaged. If I went away on a long trip over a month someone else would have to open it for me!!!

Well, I've only been using it for a few days. So far so good. It opens and closes fine. I would be more excited about it if I knew that the contents would survive a fire - That's my main concern. The other concern I have is that I have to keep replacing the desiccant, because it appears (according to the manual) that moisture will build up inside the safe - and the provided desiccant won't last.

I bought this safe for its size and features. I received the safe by mail in 2 days as indicated on the website at the time of purchase. Being that I've only had the safe since Friday, July 13, 2018, I can only give you my initial impression of the safe, its packaging, and shipping. A better review for the safe would be made after 6 months or a year to express likes and/or dislikes, but I will consider this an "initial review". My initial impression of the safe is that it is as advertised and works as shown in the manual. The only long term concerns I have are for the digital locking mechanism, and plastic locking lever. As for packaging the safe was boxed pretty basic with polystyrene molded foam at the top and bottom. The only thing that surprised me was that the digital lock and bolt lever did not have any foam protection. Considering the size, shape, and weight of this boxed safe it's easy to see how these safes get damaged during delivery. Suggestively, I think the box should have handholds to aid in handling. My safe does have minimal dents and dings of which I'm not concerned because this safe is not going to be a show piece in my house. I can say that a few of the dents found on the bottom of the safe occurred before it was packaged. All things considered it seems to be a good. As far as shipping goes I received the product as indicated in 2 days. The packaging/box was in pretty good shape, which is impressive for the aforementioned comment. So far so good.
