I purchased this safe because it reported that it would accommodate a notebook up to 13.8 in H x 12.6 in W x 11.9 in D. In truth, I was able to put my notebook of this size into the safe. However. I was not able to close the safe door with the notebook inside. Only after I removed the inner plastic on the door (for keys, etc.) was I able to close the safe door. Although I am pleased with the safe itself, I was disappointed with this problem.

Very nice small safe. I wish it were about 4” taller, but to get that feature, others were too large overall for my space. On the whole, I am satisfied after a week’s ownership, for what that is worth. I bought two extra shelves to accommodate my needs.

Just received this for Christmas...First Time use and not able to get the safe open. Just installed the batteries and to get it set up for the first time and there is a communication error right off the hop. Unable to unlock safe using the factory code. So there fore, the safe is not usable at this time. Need to reach out to customer service...status unknown at this time. Unable to give a better rating until i resolve this issue.

I have had this safe for about 2 weeks. It was delivered to my front door with no damage. I had no trouble unpacking it. Directions were clear and easy to understand. I had to do a bit of grunting to get it lifted to a shelf in a closet. I really like the light inside the safe. It is a big help.

When we expanded our master closet, we included space for a wall safe to keep important papers and jewelry. After researching many options we decided on the Sentry safe and have been very pleased with it. It was easy to install, and is easy to operate. We have peace of mind knowing our items are secure.

I do love the size of the safe, it is much better than the size that my safety deposit box was for sure. I like that it is fire and waterproof. The handle seems a little flimsy but otherwise it’s a very solid state. The only thing that really bothers me is watching videos of where they can open it in less than two seconds with an earth magnet so for that reason I don’t think this is a good safe for if your house was burglarized and a thief knew what they were doing.

Safe appears as advertised, some installation instructions weak, example bolt down says there are two indentations on the bottom legs but there were barely detectable and not centred on the legs. Instructions mentioned keys but didn’t apply to this model so don’t mention them, not difficult to have a manual for each model.

It's a decent starter safe.. anybody with any intelligence knows this is not going to stop a professional thief.. however it is good for keeping young prying hands off of your valuables.. being fire and semi-waterproof makes it a no-brainer.. great quality for the money..

It does what it's supposed to. Pros - it locks and it's fire rated. -Pretty decent amount of storage space inside. Keypad is really well set up. Cons - Not waterproof once anchored. -Locking mechanism feels cheap -It comes with a single shelf. If you want more, you have to buy them. Seriously include a few more shelves!

Unfortunately I purchased this safe without a manual so I didn’t have the 5 Digit code to set my individual combo. I tried to get one online several different ways but that’s only for people who live in the USA or certain EU countries , as per those web site and customer service rep. So, I live in Canada, where I assume they sell lots of these safes and after 56 minutes on hold I was told I need a document notarized because I live in Canada and they don’t have the technology to verify my identity because I’m Canadian. So now I have to go to city hall and pay to have the document notarized so that I can send it back and I think I have to pay a fee (I’m not sure I haven’t been told yet) to get an operable safe. I will update on the safe when I get it open. For now customer service rates a 1. The rep I spoke to was amazing and he gets a 5* rating. It is all the hoops I had to get to to even get a response that was challenging.
