Janedr, Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the picture quality of your QN85B TV. If the picture you’re seeing out-of-the-box is not to your liking, there are several picture settings you may want to try adjusting. You can select the Picture Mode that provides the best viewing experience. Go to Home > Menu > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode ...and select the mode that best fits your usage: 1) Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments. 2) Movie: Is suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room. 3) Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments. 4) Filmmaker Mode: You can watch the source content (e.g., movie) as it is. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it will automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching. You can also go to: Home > Menu > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings to manually fine tune your image. Please also be sure you're running the latest firmware, as this includes various picture quality updates. You can check this by going to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update. Awesome Television!

Brilliant color and detail and easy on the eyes from ten feet. I bought the Samsung sound bar with Q-Symphony (Q90C) and the sound is dazzling. Highly recommended TV and sound bar.

Screen Goes BLack after 3 months

The most bad TV I have ever bought we have everything in our house from Samsung from phones to fridge, not even after 3 months the TV start to restart by itself and currently the TV image is going black

Incredible TV...

In reviewing my due diligent list for the Best Outdoor Tv's - the Neo Qled by far was the best choice. MirageVision masterfully waterproofed the entire unit - then install it into a protective dark metal case, with a high density clear viewing widow. MirageVision thought of everything from dehumidification fans: to proactive casing against hail, rain and snow. Once its mounted outside - you are good to good. No worries.
