[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture on this TV is stunning but like most Samsung products, the UI in clunky, slow, and apps need to get reinstalled constantly. I would suggest getting a box to go with this tv and use it as a monitor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This 75” QN85B Samsung Neo QLED 4K Smart TV is PERFECT ! Out of the box it is super easy to assemble and setup. It took us only 5 minutes to get everything done and the TV quickly recognizes all connected devices and does the rest. There are soo many options to enhance and improve an already AWESOME TV. The TV is soo thin and looks very good, the picture is actually Theatre quality all in this Samsung TV. I can easily navigate thru the channels and the TV options (Sound/Picture/Smart Options/Contrast/App Casting/Multi view) just to name a few. The multi-view option is by far my favorite out of all the extras, I can watch multiple content on the TV and easily switch between the 2 and this is definitely a game changer. The design of this TV is superb, super thin, black glossy frame and very sturdy pedestal to hold the TV. The Clarity is so crystal clear, I can actually see every aspect of what's being played on the TV and there is NO blurring or un-matched coloring. I like having all the streaming content readily available on the home screen, which is laid out and designed perfectly. The suggestions of content to watch and all the different content will keep me occupied and thoroughly entertained. As far as the color content of the TV, words can't express how crystal clear, vibrant and clean it is when watching the content. I am very surprised at how massive the TV is, yet it enhances my viewing greatly and compliments my living room décor, viewing the TV at any angle or place in my living room is no problem at all. I really like the enhanced Solar Powered remote which has replaced all the remotes I needed previously to control all my connected devices to my old TV. Not only is the TV Smart, so is the remote, it is sleek, not cluttered with buttons and I like that it can be charged either just by the plug in cord or own it's own by sunlight. My excitement about this TV can't be contained, I've never had a Smart TV and owning this Samsung has reminded me how great the brand is and what I have been missing in a Samsung Smart TV. I will definitely remain a Samsung customer and can't wait to show it off to family/friends and tell co-workers. Overall, the 75” QN85B Samsung Neo QLED 4K Smart TV gets a 10 OUT OF 10 from me and again my excitement is extreme and I will definitely enjoy this TV for many years.

I have been really happy with the sound of the speakers alone without any sound bar or additional speakers. I love the smart features and not having to have a Roku or Apple Tv connected. We use the Alexa features daily. We turn it on and off using Alexa, change the volume, and connect to different HDMI ports. The Alexa has been surprisingly a great addition. I am pleased with the refresh rate. I honestly don't have anything negative to say other than my last Samsung tv swiveled which I did like and which would come in handy in rare circumstances. This tv does not swivel. That would be my only complaint. Overall, I am super happy with this tv for the price that was paid. I am a big fan of all things Samsung! I've never had a product of theirs that I wasn't pleased with.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used as my bedroom TV, picture quality is phenomenal but dislike the new home feature. Miss the old home that would just pop up at the bottom of the screen. Also lots of bugs including the remote frequently not working properly, screen flickering, and not properly controlling secondary devices such as game consoles. My older Samsung works a lot smoother and more consistent than this newer version.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I prechased my tv around 5-6 months ago and I just love it! this is my thoughts on it.plus: love this tv. great picture with many features and i love the no battery remote.with user friendly help menu. cons: this tv is easy to hack. i've had to call a few times because my password keeps changing and i keep getting logged out. of coarse i do have a fire stick so im not sure if the hacker is in my tv due to that. anyway, all in all, very please with this tv. have braged to all my friends on who good is it with great features.
