Its perfectly built for our family, house and the location where we have placed the TV. Nice viewing experience with proper sound effects. The glares from our windows are so aptly covered by the 4k rendition on the TV. Features coming with the TV is absolutely fantastic. We love to have family time watching great stuff which is captured by fantastic picture and sound quality. Every feature so well prepared to suit every individual. We have customized the profile for each of us and use the features in them very well. Overall we brought home a theater for ourselves and not just a TV. Thank you Samsung!!

Most of all I love the picture it looks perfect to me & the remote has Netflix already installed. I just Love Samsung all my tv's are Samsung & will be Samsung forever & ever. I highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very happy with my television. Very easy set-up, recommend having another person or two to assist in setting up. Assembly was quite easy. Once I had it plugged in and cables attached, the tv did almost everything it needed to do set up. Just had to had some passwords, and connected my Samsung phone which made the process even faster and simpler. Audio is great as well, have it connected to a sound bar. A great TV for the cost...great picture quality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son use all day long for Playstation or YouTube channel...he love it because of quality and image show for games are amazing. The samsung tv is too friendly to use. Samsung cellphone to Samsung TV super easy to stream photos or videos.

The picture is great and overall it we are enjoying it. But there are appears to be a glitch and a few functional changes from 3 years ago which to me area a step backwards. The clitch - Over the past month, twice the set appeared to lock up while streaming Youtube TV. Acts like its buffering (spinning circle). Turning the TV off and then back on resolves the issue. The biggest annoying function change from our 3 year old Samsung, is when streaming on Youtube TV then connect to another device such as a reciever and listening to Spotify, then going back to TV, it always connects to Samsung TV first, rather than go back to Youtube TV. The TV has a lot of nice features (like Picture in picture with a second device). Some of these features add complexity if you choose to use them.

Love the picture quality and the easy to use set up instructions. I look forward to winter and spending more time inside enjoying our new system. We added the Samsung sound bar as well and it fits perfectly under the television.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is definitely a statement tv , It covers a great portion of the room and my guest are always fascinated by it . It is very enjoyable to use with all the extra features like art modes and ambiance mode etc. I use it mostly for movies , YouTube, and gaming. It does lag sometimes when it starts up which I don't like because I have to disconnect the tv to restart it and get it to work again not sure why it does that but other than that I do recommend it. I love how I don't have to buy batteries for the control anymore , I simply turn it up side down and let it charge with light or I can connect it to a standard wall charger which is amazing. The tv speakers are definitely loud without the sound bar as well.Definitely looking to buy the next size up but later in the future , can't wait to see how that one performs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this TV is amazing! the setting up was easy, I did it with SmartThings app. The picture quality is wonderful just like its sound. The picture is bright, sharp and clear. After installing the Tv I noticed that the TV is a little tilted backward which at first I thought there may be a defect in TV stand. But after searching on Internet I found that there is a clever design behind that to give a better view. the remote control is really cool. it is very small and feels good in hand. there is solar panel behind the remote control to eliminates the need for changing battery soon. The only thing that I sometimes think could be better is tv response rate, when I press the button to open Netflix or changing the channel. I received this product at a discount in exchange for my honest opinion.

My criteria are more about good picture quality and convenience than the latest technologies in high resolution. Upon multiple visits to retail stores and screen comparisons, I noticed that the 4K QLED series provided far clearer wide viewing angles than more economical models, so this was the main feature that gravitated me to the specific series. I then simply selected the screen size I needed and went for a local retail store purchase. My previous TV was from an online retailer, arrived with minor damage, and was too much of a hassle replacing it; hence my purchasing preference this time around. Trying out the device and its settings was quite a task, albeit a pleasant one. Nowadays, TVs come with a wealth of setup and connectivity options. It sort of made things a bit easier that I have a Samung phone, where the Samsung ecosystem appeared to make all cross-device introductions and tasks seamless. I have to point out, though, that users are in for a somewhat lengthy set-up process; possibly unnecessary--it's just a TV, when all is said and done. Furthermore, I cannot speak from the user experience perspective of an owner with no Samsung, or at least Android, devices to assist in the set-up process. Menus are very detailed, and everything worked clockwise when connected to a web network. The only snag I came across was inability to switch across Samsung TV Plus channels (no problem on my phone app). Great device overall.
