Typically I use a standard electric razor, so I was a little bit skeptical about trying out a manual razor for the first time. The Gillette Fusion ProGlide was actually surprisingly good. It was not a smooth as the electric razor that I typically use, but it did have some nice features. First having multiple blades instead of just one was a great idea that ultimately made the blade comfortable to use. Second the tip of the razor can be used as a precision tool that really adds value to the blade. My only complaint with the razor is that the lubricating strip doesn't seem to work, or if it did work the effect was unnoticeable. Overall I will most likely continue to use this razor because it gives a smooth close shave.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've tried the the Fusion ProGlide Razor both with and without the FlexBall and I have to say that I don't really see any improvement with the FlexBall. If anything, it felt less close. I think maybe the fact that it pivots means that I have to press closer against my skin to be as effective. Don't get me wrong, it's still a great shave but the FlexBall is actually a detraction from an otherwise excellent product.

While the dollar shave club offers significant savings over the Proglide Razor, the Proglide takes the cake as far as close smooth shaving goes. It maybe worth the extra couple of dollars of upgrading to the Proglide razor.

The ProGlide razor is a great solution because it offer the close shave I was looking for with the flexibility to maneuver around my face without fear of unwanted cuts, or missed hairs.

I recently received a Gillette FusionProglide raxor for free though a promotion from Gillette. I am ver impressed with the quality and sharpness of the blades. I have used it about seven times so far and there is no sign of dulling. I have a very heavy beard and i got one of the closest shaves ever. I also did not get any skin irritation. Great razor.

After a few weeks of use I can safely say that this razor is very well made and a high quality product. The biggest test dry-shaving with the razor, and this one passed without a hitch. Not once did it snag or catch and that is something special among razors when dry-shaving. I'll definitely be buying more of these!

I have a tendency to get bad razor burn, which is why i use electric shavers, but the Fusion ProGlide manual razor did not leave me with any razor burn
