I have been using this razor for about 5 years now and I've never had a problem with it. I got both my sister and boyfriend to switch to it. It is a little pricey but it is well worth it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Gillette Razor showed up in the mail today, I work as a Firefighter and we have to be clean shaven since I had to work in the morning i thought i'd try it out. Out of the box i was impressed the razor handle is well built made of metal with rubber grips it feels great in your hand. The razor has 5 blades which give a much closer shave than the 3 blade razor i'm used to. I was comfortable shaving with it as the ball head turns to prevent cutting yourself. This razor could be a replacement for my Gillette Mach 3 which i have been using for as long as i can remember.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had a Fusion ProGlide manual razor with FlexBall for over a year now and have been using it as my backup razor to my vintage Gillette. I normally use a vintage razor for cost reasons. But it takes a lot of time to use a vintage razor and for a very basic shave. I keep the FlexBall around for times when I need a good quick shave with no hassle or going to an event in which a little bit of stubble isn't acceptable. I'm able to get a much closer shave in at least half the time with the FlexBall. The ProGlide cartridges are amazing, and are not that expensive if you can find a deal (just not as cheap as a pack of double bladed razors). If I wasn't so cheap, I'd probably use the FlexBall all the time.

I love the shave but the cost is just way to much to stick with gillette. I would be giving it a 5 star if it weren't for the cost and the fact that hair still gets really stuck in gillette blades, not so with DSC.

I used King Gillette's new Trac II blades in 1968 when twice a week was too often. Switched to Pro Glide in 2010 when I met my fiancee & had to shave twice a day when we were going out for a date after work. What a shave! Had winter beards shaved off with a straight-edge blade by my barber back-in-the-day. Pro Glide is AWESOME against the grain. Soon I'll investigate your trimming razor for my thick mustache. Rock on Gillette! My only issue is rinsing the razor more often; that's O.K.

I have been using the mail order brand for about 4 months and it blows this razor out of the water. Pros: 1. Provides a close smooth shave on face area. 2. Very sleek appearance and innovative design. 3. Easy to grip. Cons: 1. Doesn't contour to the neck like it advertises. 2. Does not have a side burn trimmer Overall, if you can believe the hype of the flexball then this razor will probably satisfy your needs but if you are like me and just want results, then you will be disappointed. I give it three stars because it did provide a satisfying shave but nothing spectacular.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I usually don't pay much attention to the handles of my razor's handles, but this one actually stood out to me. It wasn't something I noticed right away, but felt right away when I held it. The grooves where my thumb and index finger holds the handle fit nicely and and the rubber helped to grip the handle much better than my usual one. I sometimes shave in the shower and this helps when it gets really wet and slippery. Personally I wouldn't pay more for a better handle because the blades is what is matters to me, but if it is important to you to have a handle that is comfortable to hold this is a good one.

I seem to adjust flex with my movements as I shaved and I didn't have to move or hold my face is certain ways. It just worked and was comfortable. I highly recommend this razor.
