I have 5 Lifetime Kayaks and all are great and have zero issues with them...I lost the seat on one and had trouble finding a replacement. Contact customer service and they took care of me. Its not just the product that makes a company great, its the people who run it!!

I have this kayak which I love . About a month ago I lost one of the hatch covers on the way home. I contacted customer service about a replacement. They contacted me back and told me one was on it's way at no charge! Totally unexpected, wow! this company stands behind its product and has great customer service! Thanks to Brenna for going the extra step for me!

I bought recently a kayak tandem and it does not came with one of the seat, so I reach to lifetime service and the agent Alan reply me very fast and say that will sent me the replacement in only two days the replacement arrived. Thank you for the excelent service.

My Kayak is great, but customer support the likes of which I received from Hunter elevates my experience to "Excellent"! Call volumes are very high, but he was very helpful and polite! Hunter is an excellent representative of the company and should be promoted immediately!

I’ve bought the Kayak over 2 years ago and on the last trip one of the seat clips got lost My mistake and when I’ve contacted them to find out where I can order a replacement They send me replacements for the whole kayak for free That’s standing behind your product I’m a customer for life Thanks again

Bought two Lifetime kayaks over ten years ago for my Florida keys home. The salt water environment and near constant use eventually degrades the seats and attachment hardware. I made one call to the Lifetime toll free number and they sent me replacement parts for free. This is the second time I’ve replaced these parts and they are still free. I’ll never buy a kayak from any other company.

I bought an Envoy 106 from Sam's Club for my son's birthday and found that it only had one hatch cover. I contacted Lifetime and they said to provide them with a receipt and a picture of the make/model/sticker on the kayak and they would mail me one. I thought that I would have to pay as I didn't know if I lost the cover or if I didn't notice if it was even on there. Took them only a day to respond via email and almost an immediate response once I emailed them the info they requested. It will only take about 5 business days to get the part.
