After I had purchased a Kayak from Costco I had noticed that a clip from one of the seats was missing. After I had reached out to Lifetime they immediately had gotten back with me and had shipped out the missing part. This minor part was a minor inconvenience, but the customer care was exceptional.

I bought recently a kayak tandem and it does not came with one of the seat, so I reach to lifetime service and the agent Alan reply me very fast and say that will sent me the replacement in only two days the replacement arrived. Thank you for the excelent service.

Love this tandem kayak! This is our family kayak. We owned two other Lifetime kayaks and other Lifetime products and we are very happy with our purchases. Lifetime customer service is the best. He (Darwin) responded quickly when I needed assistance and he was very helpful and accommodating. I highly recommended ALL Lifetime products for your needs.

I’ve had two lifetime kayaks for several years. Some of the plastic pieces have broken due to normal wear or have just been lost. The company has replaced these parts at no cost. Unexpected but grateful. Great kayak, outstanding service and customer support.

Bought two Lifetime kayaks over ten years ago for my Florida keys home. The salt water environment and near constant use eventually degrades the seats and attachment hardware. I made one call to the Lifetime toll free number and they sent me replacement parts for free. This is the second time I’ve replaced these parts and they are still free. I’ll never buy a kayak from any other company.

I purchased an Envoy kayak and the first time we used it, we discovered that one paddle was shorter than the other, and one of the seat strap hooks failed. Johnathan quickly determined the replacement parts needed, and after replying to his e-mail with a copy of my purchase receipt and shipping address, he said the parts should arrive in 5-7 business days via FedEx. Shortly after I hanging up the phone, I received a confirmation e-mail. Johnathan's service was fast, efficient, and professional. As a former customer services manager, I can say that his level of support was excellent. Keep up the good work.

My Kayak is great, but customer support the likes of which I received from Hunter elevates my experience to "Excellent"! Call volumes are very high, but he was very helpful and polite! Hunter is an excellent representative of the company and should be promoted immediately!

We have 3 Lifetime Kayaks, 2 singles (a Hydros 85 and a Triton 100) and 1 tandem an Envoy 106). Our home backs up to a freshwater canal and my wife and I along with friends use them frequently. They are stable and fun to operate. We have also been very pleased with responses from the Lifetime Team when needed.

Many problems, bought as tandem kayat for grandson. Unable to use because of its' weight(75 lbs) design(wide body) unable to use with any wave action on windy days, seat is terrible(after 20 minutes your back hurts), difficulty adding attachments like fishing pole holder/ trolling motor/better seating. My family and I are building memories with our Lifetime kayak. One of the best investments we've made as a family and we couldn't be happier. What I love about our Kokanee is its versatility to shuffle the seats, in the case that you don't want to have two people on the kayak. You can move the seat to the middle position and take it out by your self. Its a great feature. Plenty of storage. Wont break your back packing it around. Love it. If you could put some money down of something and be guaranteed a heart full of memories. This would be it. -Cheers
