We bought a Lifetime tandem kayak about two years ago, and have enjoyed it greatly. However, in transit, one of our hatch covers must have blown off. With a quick email to Lifetime, including a description and model number, Lifetime replaced the hatch cover for us free of charge. Now that's what I call service!

My family and I are building memories with our Lifetime kayak. One of the best investments we've made as a family and we couldn't be happier. What I love about our Kokanee is its versatility to shuffle the seats, in the case that you don't want to have two people on the kayak. You can move the seat to the middle position and take it out by your self. Its a great feature. Plenty of storage. Wont break your back packing it around. Love it. If you could put some money down of something and be guaranteed a heart full of memories. This would be it. -Cheers

I’ve had two lifetime kayaks for several years. Some of the plastic pieces have broken due to normal wear or have just been lost. The company has replaced these parts at no cost. Unexpected but grateful. Great kayak, outstanding service and customer support.

I’ve bought the Kayak over 2 years ago and on the last trip one of the seat clips got lost My mistake and when I’ve contacted them to find out where I can order a replacement They send me replacements for the whole kayak for free That’s standing behind your product I’m a customer for life Thanks again

I bought an Envoy 106 from Sam's Club for my son's birthday and found that it only had one hatch cover. I contacted Lifetime and they said to provide them with a receipt and a picture of the make/model/sticker on the kayak and they would mail me one. I thought that I would have to pay as I didn't know if I lost the cover or if I didn't notice if it was even on there. Took them only a day to respond via email and almost an immediate response once I emailed them the info they requested. It will only take about 5 business days to get the part. I bought recently a kayak tandem and it does not came with one of the seat, so I reach to lifetime service and the agent Alan reply me very fast and say that will sent me the replacement in only two days the replacement arrived. Thank you for the excelent service.

I have bought several lifetime products over the years (tables, play equipment, kayaks). I have always been very pleased with their construction and durability. For the first time I had to contact the company for a replacement part, and now I found that their customer service not just matches, but actually exceeds the quality of their products. I bought this kayak and with the time lost or got some parts broken, decided on contacting Customer service to get replacement parts and was amazed by the great treatment I received as a Customer and without additional cost

This is perfect all around kayak. I’ve been in the lake, ocean and river and works for all. Single or 2 people With a bunch of gear. The seat had an issue at first but the excellent customer service swapped it no problem.
