I’ve bought the Kayak over 2 years ago and on the last trip one of the seat clips got lost My mistake and when I’ve contacted them to find out where I can order a replacement They send me replacements for the whole kayak for free That’s standing behind your product I’m a customer for life Thanks again

Love this tandem kayak! This is our family kayak. We owned two other Lifetime kayaks and other Lifetime products and we are very happy with our purchases. Lifetime customer service is the best. He (Darwin) responded quickly when I needed assistance and he was very helpful and accommodating. I highly recommended ALL Lifetime products for your needs.

I have 5 Lifetime Kayaks and all are great and have zero issues with them...I lost the seat on one and had trouble finding a replacement. Contact customer service and they took care of me. Its not just the product that makes a company great, its the people who run it!!

We bought a Lifetime tandem kayak about two years ago, and have enjoyed it greatly. However, in transit, one of our hatch covers must have blown off. With a quick email to Lifetime, including a description and model number, Lifetime replaced the hatch cover for us free of charge. Now that's what I call service!

I have this kayak which I love . About a month ago I lost one of the hatch covers on the way home. I contacted customer service about a replacement. They contacted me back and told me one was on it's way at no charge! Totally unexpected, wow! this company stands behind its product and has great customer service! We bought a Lifetime Tandem Kayak and during its first use, the pads for the seat pulled out of their tabs and we lost them. I chatted with a representative and explained what happened. Prepared to buy the pads, the rep said no problem and would place an order form me. Pad arrived just a few days later. Wish all companies would take notice of this way of doing business.

I bought recently a kayak tandem and it does not came with one of the seat, so I reach to lifetime service and the agent Alan reply me very fast and say that will sent me the replacement in only two days the replacement arrived. Thank you for the excelent service.

Bought a kokanee kayak years ago and I happened to lost one of the seats so I contacted lifetime to see if they sold them because I can’t find the exact one anywhere. CS sent me one at no charge! Just bought our kayak and noticed it was missing a strap piece. I called customer service and they are sending the piece to me. Great customer service. Other than having to wait on hold for a while the person I spoke with was extremely helpful and nice and got my issue taken care of immediately.

I needed a few replacement parts and I was a little upset that I couldn't just order it from the website. So I reached out to customer service and Terry went above and beyond to see to my request. The kayak seems great and I have no hesitations but really I am just stoked there are companies that are still putting customer service as top priority. Thank you.
