I needed help with a kayak and parts and I can not believe the help I received, it was truly amazing. I contacted them 4 times (due to my fault lol) and all 4 times they were so helpful. I can't thank them enough.

Bought the kayak and the second time it was used it developed a leak so I sent an email and they got right on getting it picked up and a new one on the way

This is perfect all around kayak. I’ve been in the lake, ocean and river and works for all. Single or 2 people With a bunch of gear. The seat had an issue at first but the excellent customer service swapped it no problem.

Someone stole the storage cover from my kayak, Lifetime replaced it, for free! The seat cleats are starting to wear. Lifetime replaced them, for free! Not even a delivery fee! I have never had such great service!

The kayak itself is simple but seems to be very stable, we lost the cargo cover to one of the bays and the customer service to get a new one was awesome and easy to work with.

Bought 8 Kayaks and love them. After a full summer of use the kids managed to do a little damage. Called these folks up and had replacement parts in my hands faster than I could blink.
