I was excited to buy this because this shampoo has great ingredients and no sulfates. I am white and have very thick, straight hair and sadly this shampoo left my hair feeling horrible. My hair was crunchy while it was drying and after it dried it looked greasy and felt disgusting (like there is a residue left on my hair). I should have read the reviews because it seems like other people had this problem as well.

I really wanted to like this shampoo and conditioner especially for my daughters natural curls. It smells disgusting and it lingers in your hair. It left her hair greasy and weighed down. We even have soft water and tried using different amounts of the product only to have the same results.

This is literally THE worst shampoo. I really wanted to like it, but it left my hair so greasy that I had to rewash it twice (after drying it and realizing.) Thank God for my stash of hotel shampoo. I thought about giving it away but I honestly don’t want to subject anyone else to this.

My 14 year old daughter thought she was going crazy, but then her friend used this shampoo and conditioner and they both agreed...they felt like they couldn't rinse the shampoo out of their hair. My daughter doesn't use conditioner on the top portion of her hair, so it was definitely the shampoo that made her hair feel greasy. She refuses to use it again.

I thought I'd give this a try. First time I used this product my hair felt really nasty, not clean. I used both shampoo and conditioner. Thought I'd give it a second chance, same feeling in my hair. Had my daughters give it a try to see how they felt about it. They said makes their hair feel like it's really dirty and oily. Won't be buying again.

It feels like I have a lot of product in my hair. It doesn't feel clean. My hair is curly I would say a 3A. I feel like my hair is dry so I wanted to try this shampoo. I didn't read the reviews before purchasing. The first time I used it I thought maybe I forgot to rinse. There was so much residue in my hair that it made my hair stick together. So I washed my hair again and I know now that it's just the shampoo. It feels like my hair is matted.

Do NOT recommend! The hair get a waxy coating and it looks very dirty although it’s newly washed. I need to buy another brand.

Thus far it seems to be very rich and leaves hair shiny and refreshed. Scalp is moisturized as well.

I love this shampoo. In the short time I have been using it has made a huge difference in my hair. Healthier, shiny, more body etc. the conditioner is also a great product.

This shampoo smells amazing! It cleans well and left my family’s hair voluminous but not puffy or dry like most shampoos do. However, I would like an organic version in the future. I love that it’s cruelty free.
