Thus far it seems to be very rich and leaves hair shiny and refreshed. Scalp is moisturized as well.

Shea Moisture products are great! This particular line is good for my fine, straight, color treated hair. My hair feels good and smells good. I also use the conditioner.

This shampoo smells amazing! It cleans well and left my family’s hair voluminous but not puffy or dry like most shampoos do. However, I would like an organic version in the future. I love that it’s cruelty free.

I love this shampoo. In the short time I have been using it has made a huge difference in my hair. Healthier, shiny, more body etc. the conditioner is also a great product.

I was excited to see Sam's carry a more natural hair care line, however, I was extremely disappointed with this shampoo and conditioner. It doesn't smell good (you think it would smell like coconut but it doesn't) and it weighed my hair down and made it feel greasy.

Bought this because of all the reviews I’ve seen not just here but on other sites as well. BIG mistake since using I’ve been loosing more and more hair. Which normally I never lose as much as I am right now. My hair is thin and I don’t have much so this was disappointing.

I have used many Shea products and have always thought very highly of this brand. Unfortunately, my recent purchase was not on track with their previous items. The coconut shampoo and conditioner purchased at Sams club left a very bad heavy coating on my hair. I have to think that this is a recipe error. Like I said, this brand has always been excellent. Definitely a little bummed by this product.

For those saying it left your hair greasy, you need to understand this is not a detergent filled stripping shampoo. This is a low poo, meaning it won't strip your scalp or strands. Before beginning low poo products you must clarify your hair WELL. Use a clarifying shampoo 2x in the shower. Wait a week, let your hair get as dirty as it can, meanwhile no silicones, simethicone, dimethicone, ONLY NATURAL products. This product is not made to wash out fake oils such as OGX Argan oil(its mostly synthetic oils) Do your research before hand, trust me, this is a great shampoo and conditioner, but it is made to restore the health of your hair and scalp. How can these ingredients get into your hair strands if it's full of dry shampoo, covered in synthetic oils, and impenetrable? Think of it like this. Have you ever put on a hair product and its left a film on your hands you can't get off? Imagine each of your hair strands coated in that and nothing can get under it..That's what silicones do. They wrap your hair and keep the frizz down, but to get them off you have to use a detergent like shampoo, and that strips your hair AND scalp, resulting in so many issues. If you go natural in your products, you will notice less oil as time goes on, leas frizz, no buildup. It takes time tho!

All Shea Moisture products are great. For long curly hair this works great.
