I also would have given zero stars. My hair is naturally very healthy and shiny and after one use, it looks dull and feels like it’s coated with a film of some sort.

I bought the shampoo & conditioner. I can’t get the pump to work on either product! What am I missing!?! I had to take the pump tops off to use them. It doesn’t feel like they are rinsed out of my hair!

This shampoo was just bad! I had really high hopes but it felt almost as if my hair was super oily after washing using both shampoo and conditioner. Terrible purchase and won’t buy again.

It left a heavy buildup on my hair. There was little to no lather. I did a double take to make sure I didn’t use the conditioner on accident. The scent is ok. Definitely won’t buy again.
