[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First thing, and maybe this should be obvious, this can really only be used cordless if you are going to regularly charge it or if there is some easy way to plug it in and also hang it. (There is not at my house.) You can get an exterior cord or a stand as accessories but we chose to set it up to monitor our lower level family room, where our dog and 10 year old hang out. The magnetic wall mount, while technically not meant to be used for a table top, worked fine for our purposes. Set up took under 5 minutes as we joined our existing Nest network. The camera is picture quality is really good in with adequate lighting and OK in darker settings.

I love the fact that this camera is wireless, because my garage has only 2 outlets, and one is for the garage door opener. The video picture quality is really clear and communicates really well with the Google home app. Very easy to mount and great for someone who likes to move the camera from one area to another. I'm happy and impressed with another great product from Google.

I wanted to monitor my dog while I'm at work and don't need storage of video, for that it works flawlessly. I can view at any time and the video is clear. The sound is good and the microphone works well too. I've had other cameras where the mic distorts so that was a plus. I didn't have any trouble with set up, it was very easy except that I downloaded nest and they have switched to Google Home. This is my first nest product so this didn't affect me. I hate subscription models so I would never that feature, but you need it if you want more than 3 hours of backed up video. I don't need this but it would be a deterrent for many.

I put it on my front porch so I can watch for packages being delivered while I'm away from home. It works perfectly for this. I feel a lot safer with this camera for many reasons. I live in a safe area but there's always a chance of someone taking advantage. This camera lets me rest easy knowing I can always keep any eye on my home anytime of the day or night.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I must say I really like this camera. The picture is clear as a bell. Even at nighttime the picture is super clear and easy to see. It is also super easy to install so that is a plus as well. The only thing I am not a huge fan of is the face that I have to take it down and recharge it every so often but even that is not a super big issue. All in all it's a very nice camera!

I I love that you can see what is happening on my phone when I'm doing inside or outside work. I'm not an electrician so for battery operated, is a plus for me, because I do not know how to hard wire anything. I loved that it is night vision and also good quality video. Very impressed with this camera. Love this nest cam, planning to have more for my house, but for outdoor.

The cameras are amazing, but be warned these do not work with the Nest app. You can only view the cameras from the Google Home app and since the Google Home app doesn't have a webpage like the Nest app, you can only view them on your phone.Installation was easy, they work great, the video and audio are crystal clear, and the notifications are quick and useful when paired with Nest Aware.Love the cameras, hate the current app situation with Nest and Home.
