The cameras work fine. However, they're much better deals on cameras! Plus, you'll need Nest Aware if you want them to function properly, and they just raised the cost of Nest Aware by $20 in one year to $80 + tax per year! Look for cameras with memory cards! There are better cameras that are much cheaper. Try to stick with cameras that have self-contained memory. (SD-card)

I use this in the war and I use it to monitor when my daughter comes home from school had to make sure she made it home safe. I also have it set up that it monitors my younger daughter who is now transitioning into a bed that she doesn't sneak out of her room at night. I love how you can communicate through the next and I plan on purchasing a whole system. If you have tried others I highly recommend that you give the nest system a try it is well worth it.

It’s weatherproof so it is protected from water. The app is easy to use and works great. The picture is clear and good quality. Definitely recommend this camera.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very impressed and happy with this camera. Set up and installation was easy and didn't take long. The camera itself is very well made and sturdy, and also a very nice size so it covers more area. I have a fairly large backyard, and I am able to monitor almost all of it with this camera. It has also handled a lot of rain just fine.The app is user friendly and works well. The picture quality is fantastic and clear day or night. I really like that it can tell the difference between people and cars so I'm not getting annoying alerts that I don't want. Facial recognition is also a great feature that I never knew I needed, but appreciate so my kids aren't always setting off the alerts. Overall this a top of the line camera that is perfect for indoor or outdoor use, and it is so easy to monitor what is going on at your house.

You can add up to six people to the Nest Cam. Example, I have the Nest Cam on my garage pointing to my backyard and driveway. I was at the gym and I could see and talk to my husband and kids though the app. It’s wireless and magnet on it is strong,. I love this. I can check my home at anytime . It’s a genius product and well made.
