[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second Nest cam. We have a wired indoor cam and this battery indoor/outdoor cam. As you can see from the photos, the live picture is very clear and sharp. One was taken at dusk, while the other was taken in complete darkness. The setup of the camera with the Home app was simple and easy. The sensors on the cam are sensitive and pickup motions quickly and the cam begins taping. In the setup, you have multiple choices of what notifications you wish to receive, such as vehicles, animals, persons, etc. I purchased an annual subscription to Nest Aware, so event history would be accessible for 30 days before being deleted. Otherwise, the cam only stores 3 hours of history at a time before resetting. Google has created and easy to use app and high quality camera.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've tested out the Google nest cam for about a week and I'm pretty impressed. It is somewhat expensive, but you're getting a lot of functionality. Much of the cost is because this camera has an integrated battery that can last for several months. That's especially useful when you want to put it somewhere you don't have an outlet readily available. I mounted this on my front porch so it could see my front door and garage door. The build quality of the unit feels pretty good and the magnetic mount provided is very strong an super convenient. However I might buy a permanent mount if you put it somewhere it can be reached or it would be easy to steal. It says it's weather resistant, but I haven't tested that. The video quality is great during the daytime and quite good in the dark (very good in the first 10 ft.) The AI features also seem to work pretty well. The unit will alert my phone when it recognizes a person or animal. You can also set the area of the video to analyze to exclude the sidewalk in the background so you only catch people who come to the door. That is very handy. Over-all, a really good product. Now, time will tell about durability...

The cameras are amazing, but be warned these do not work with the Nest app. You can only view the cameras from the Google Home app and since the Google Home app doesn't have a webpage like the Nest app, you can only view them on your phone.Installation was easy, they work great, the video and audio are crystal clear, and the notifications are quick and useful when paired with Nest Aware.Love the cameras, hate the current app situation with Nest and Home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this Next Cam is so easy to install and set up with the Google Home App. It is battery powered which makes it great for indoor or outdoor use. The battery time frame depends on how many events / videos you run per day and could last up to 7 months if only running about 4 times a day. He has a lot to offer and the picture quality is really great for a camera.

It comes with instructions for easy wire free installation. You will receive phone alerts to anything going on. These days cameras are definitely needed for safety in this world.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love my Nest cam, it is an amazing camera with great video feed and picture with clear video at night as well! Very easy to install anywhere and even better has batteries so I don't have to bring somebody to install it or wire it for me. The app lets you view the video feed at any time and you can listen and talk back as well. Also can set alerts and activity zones on it if anything happens such as a person walks by it will send you an alert. I also like that they give you 3 hours of history without having to pay for it, with my doorbell from a different company they make me pay. Where this really starts to shine is when you have a lot of Google products like the Google Home hub you can view the camere through the hub at any time. I love that feature and it is so helpful. Amazing camera, highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great little camera! I like the fact that it's not hard Wired so you can put it pretty much anywhere you want, even outdoors! It was very easy mount which is a plus. The battery is rechargeable. The picture has been clear so far both day and night. It connects to the Google home app so you will have to download that for it to connect to. You can customize how much motion you want it to detect so it's not notifying for no reason like an animal passing through your yard. Overall I'm very pleased with this camera.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I already owns several Google nest products, including the amazing Nest thermostat. This camera exceeded my expectations, just like the thermostat. The best thing about it, is the easy installation, since I am not very handy. This is weatherproof and can be used indoor or outdoor. It has a recharger lithium battery, and the video quality is top notch. I already have the Google home app, and installation and syncing was a breeze. One thing to keep in mind. You need to remove the camera to charge the battery. I have my Nest floodlight camera hardwired just below my roof, 20 ft high. You need to put this camera somewhere where it's relatively easy to access, for recharging. I'm going to be purchasing one more to cover a back area of the house. I enjoy the security these cameras provide, when I'm not home! This is another great Nest product!

I have this camera and the battery-powered doorbell and they both have been awesome. I have had this camera installed for a little more than 2 weeks out front of my house and the charge is still 75% full. Great picture and it integrates well with all my other google home devices.
