I I love that you can see what is happening on my phone when I'm doing inside or outside work. I'm not an electrician so for battery operated, is a plus for me, because I do not know how to hard wire anything. I loved that it is night vision and also good quality video. Very impressed with this camera. Love this nest cam, planning to have more for my house, but for outdoor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I finally got my Nest Camera yesterday and got it set up immediately. It is a really nice compact little camera. It was easy to migrate with my other Nest product (smoke alarm). The camera has a nice clear picture. I haven't quite decided where I'm going to permanently place it. I plan to use it to monitor my doggy. I like that I can charge camera and that it also has a battery. If you want a nice, small and compact camera I highly recommend the Nest product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted a camera for outdoor security sensing that could be powered remotely and work through wifi with my phone. This Nest camera does it perfectly, it was very easy to attach externally to my home and the magnetic attachment to the base if great to adjust views. The google home app is easy to setup, I did have to try multiple times for it to fully install without throwing up errors, but just be patient. It can sense movement and send you alerts and keep history videos. The battery depending on use lasts for months.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted a camera for my basement back door but didn't want one wired in, because we are going to renovate it next year. This camera was perfect for me, it does the job and I can easily move it when needed. The angle is completely adjustable with a very strong magnet base. So cool! And I love the clean white design. The app is easy to use and I had this up and running in like five minutes

I only have 2 complains with the Google battery camera:1. This camera should have been 4K. I realize 4K would have been more of battery drainer, but I would happily recharge the battery a little extra to have 4K.2. I recently had to change my Wi-Fi password. Folks, don't change your password unless you absolutely have to. I had to climb a ladder and pull cameras down to manually hit the reset button on the back of the camera. You would think there would be a simple solution for this but apparently Google didn't consider this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This camera had good video quality but not the best. I do like that it can distinguish between animals, people, cars. What I don't particularly care for is that you only have 3 hours of video before its deleted, unless you subscribe to a subscription service. It was easy to install and get set up as well if you are willing to subscribe to the monthly subscription its a decent camera the picture at night isn't as great in the day though.

Day and night with the included night vision we know who and what is on our property. Crystal clear picture. Highly recommend it. hoping to add one in the back.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This camera was very easy to setup (I already had Google Home and was used to setting up new devices on my app). and the quality of the product is top notch. Just what you would expect from Google. The packaging was nice, but not more than you needed which I very much appreciate. The materials used to make the camera are fantastic. And the image quality from the camera itself is very nice. I really like the feature where it detects "known" people, so it can recognize my wife and I. It's weather resistant, but not weather proof. So i have it placed under an awning near my back door. I wasn't brave enough to put it on my wall so I can see down my driveway which will then expose it to weather. But perhaps I'lll get another one for that purpose.
