[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Originally got this to watch for our senior dog in the back while hes out playing and to set the zones where it would notify us when he's ready to come back in. The camera offers great quality during night and day and the notifications work exactly how we had planned as far as setting the zones so it picks him up at the door. The set up on these cameras is super easy and all you have to do is just scan the QR code on the lens of the camera. I also like how Google has integrated all their devices into one app now so I can just open it up and all of my cameras, doorbells, thermostats etc are there. We have it mounted by our back door on the outside under a small lip that keeps it from direct weather but so far it has handled below freezing temperatures, snow and rain being blown on it with no issue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] TLDR: This is an excellent security camera with some really great features. This webcam goes out of its way to make everything as easy as possible. Setting it up with the Google Home app was very quick and painless. I love the way magnetism is used to secure the cam to the base. The fact that it uses a battery means you don't have to worry about constantly powering it and taking it down to charge, thanks to the magnet, is a snap. I also love that it comes with enough memory to store 3 hours worth of captures so I can get a lot of use out of it without having to sign up for a monthly service fee. Viewing the capture history is also really easy. The interface on the Google Home app is far better than several of the other top brands I've tried. Another big plus for this is how quickly the live video comes up. I wish my doorbell worked this well.

We've tested it both indoor and outdoor and the picture quality is just what you'd expect from Nest products. It was easy to install and easy to use through the Nest App. The camera feels very high quality and the images show that. Highly recommended!

Easy to install and app works well to monitor what's going on. I also like that it's rechargeable unlike a popular competitor that only uses batteries. Would definitely get more.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This camera had good video quality but not the best. I do like that it can distinguish between animals, people, cars. What I don't particularly care for is that you only have 3 hours of video before its deleted, unless you subscribe to a subscription service. It was easy to install and get set up as well if you are willing to subscribe to the monthly subscription its a decent camera the picture at night isn't as great in the day though.

It's weatherproof so it is protected from water. The app is easy to use and works great. The picture is clear and good quality. Definitely recommend this camera.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Nest Cam was super easy to install and setup. It took me a total of about an hour to get it installed and up and running. The directions were clear and easy to follow. It was quick and easy to connect to my wi-fi and the app. The video it captures is clear both day and night. The batteries are holding up well and don't appear to be draining too quickly. I have this set up outdoors and have had no issues even with some of the rain storms we have had. The cam itself is well made and sturdy. If you are looking for a simple setup on a security cam this is the one!

You can add up to six people to the Nest Cam. Example, I have the Nest Cam on my garage pointing to my backyard and driveway. I was at the gym and I could see and talk to my husband and kids though the app. It's wireless and magnet on it is strong,. I love this. I can check my home at anytime . It's a genius product and well made.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to get my Nest Cam (Outdoor or Indoor, Battery). This is the first time using a security camera, and I really like this one. The overall camera design , size and color is clever, simple and aesthetically pleasing. It comes with a super strong magnetic plate, which allows for a multitude of flexibility in how you want to position the camera. The mounting of it is straight forward and easy, using a wall plate, wall screws and wall anchors. The installation may take a little effort, depending on how tech savy you are. Good news is that there is plenty of support to help you get started if you need it. The video quality is good, the images are clear. I am using it at my front door for added security and love that you get alerts of any movement detected.

We have been wanted to install a camera for our back door and this was the perfect addition to our Nest Doorbell. It is battery operated so no need to hook up wiring or anything. The Nest instructions were very easy to follow and easy to add into the existing app and Nest Eco-system. Highly recommend adding this camera to your own Nest!
