I bought this for my kids for Christmas. Sams shipped it super fast! It appears to have a strong foundation but the pad that goes around the outside is very “cheap” feeling. One of the clips came broken to secure the net to the outer rim of the trampoline, and you cannot just replace the clip without replacing the entire net. I have an email into the company now, so I can’t speak yet to costumer service. My husband and I had it all put together within 2 1/2 hours. Assembly was pretty painless! I would recommend this product at Sams Club price but not at other competitors.

Trampoline came FedEx in 3 seperate boxes,damaged. Nightmare to assemble. No instructions included, have to download an app for instructions that are just pictures. Have to hand weave the net surrounding to the base. Supposed to stand on the trampoline to attach netting to top which required the use of a heat gun to be able to stretch it (not in instructions but only way he could make it work). Missing several springs and no help from the manufacturer...local hardware store had some. Husband is a contractor so specialty tools (which you WILL need) and assembling things is not an issue for him. Took him and 1 other guy several hours! He made it work and our kids love it but omgosh.. Would not buy again!

Awesome Trampoline! This is the second one we purchase. We have one at grandparents home and the other one at home. The kids love it. It’s really sturdy! Took like 5 hours for my husband to build it. The reason it’s not getting 5 stars was because the second purchase came with one missing part and a defective rod piece. Overall great purchase!

When you pay this much, you expect a little quality. Not the case! First, the spring pad is garbage and will not stay together nor attached. Second, the “safety net” is a weak net with worn looking stitching. Not to mention, there were two of the plastic clips that hold the net to the trampoline that were broken out of the box. Third, some holes are not properly drilled or drilled at all. Fourth, I am 250lbs and bought this trampoline (500lb max weight) to be able to jump with my kids. I jumped yesterday and hit the ground while jumping, not fell, hit the ground with my back on the trampoline and the mat gave so much that I hit my back on the ground. If it didn’t weigh so much and take so long to put together, I would take it back! The only good thing was the downloadable video/audio instructions. I am very disappointed with this purchase.

Pro: This trampoline has a big jump area. Con: Spring cover pads not only don’t fit completely over springs width wise, they are also about 6in short of connecting all the way around. Plus are cheap crinkly material that will prbly split first hot summer day. I bought specifically because of safety features listed. None of them work. Feet can go under net into springs. Pad does not cover bar to protect head or body from falls. Very Disappointed In quality

Came within 3 days from order, but the trampoline would not assemble properly. I had to call and send pictures of the issue, they said they would contact me within 12 hours, but they did not. I had to call multiple times, and it still was not received in time. It was not manufactured properly, and it took 2 weeks for them to send the proper parts to me.

Poor quality covers. Sewing came ripped.

Easy enough to assemble. Great product for the price! Kids love it!!
