How can I get the parts that are missing from box? The net/screen connectors caps have 3 missing. My kids are excited but they haven't jumped on it yet. Looks really nice and big.

The video instructions you have to download makes a cumbersome to keep going to your phone and the tools are cheap and obviously Sam doesn't want you to put a picture becauseI couldn't upload one

Safety pads are too small & will not stay in place!

Instructions aren't the best and the padding that came with it is like 2 inches to short all the way around.

Of all that I have looked into, this seems to be the Best By Far compared to ALL the other's for so many reasons, to many to mention. #1 is the Style and design.
