Positives: It was not too bad to assemble. Took about 30 minutes with an extra set of hands. The app directions were sufficient, but still lacked some fine details that will probably leave some people stuck in their tracks. The jumping fun is rated 5 stars by the kids. Negatives It was damaged when we received iit. The parts are not protected except by some thin plastic. Ours had a lot of chipped pieces and some broken clips. The boxes are EXTREMELY HEAVY for a single person and I felt bad for my FedEx driver. The instructions are not in the box, you have to get them from an app. The tools that come with it are worthless except the spring puller. Get a drill / socket adapter. The attachment of the "padding" which is very thin is velcro strapped and does not hold down well. The attachment of the netting is poor at best. Balls and kids can slip under very easily as there is not a direct path between the spring area and the netting. Most of the attachment points have to go around the side padding which causes it to pull the padding out or away from the jump surface exposing the springs. There is NO ladder and NO tie down stakes at all. I had to spend another 80 bucks buying stakes and straps at the hardware store.

Boxes came damaged. Bolts, nuts and washers were scattered everywhere in one of the boxes. Frame was scratched up due to bad packaging. The welds broke on a few of the legs, so could tighten them. Had to get self tapping screws to attach them. Also, no manual for assembly. Had to download an app to follow. The instructions didn't cover the screws already in the legs, so I didn't know what those were for. I had pictures of the bad quality, but it won't let me upload them.

This trampoline has been amazing. Truly a great purchase. However, as soon as we’ve needed to purchase a replacement mat we cannot find any that fit it anywhere. Our kids have loved this trampoline and use it daily. Very disappointed to not be able to fix it.

I consider myself pretty handy and was able to assemble this from box to finish in about 5 hours...I set all the parts out grouping like parts together. As in other reviews, the instructions aren’t the best but are very visual...pay attention to the details and it should go relatively smooth. I did have to get my drill out to get the final frame screw to work, was just a fraction of an inch off and if I had a helper may not have been an issue, but the drill worked fine. Once assembled it looks great and is an awesome size. I’m just under 300 lbs and my daughter is about 70 and we were bouncing on it together having a great time! I would highly recommend this trampoline.

This trampoline was purchased summer of 2017. Since then the skirting has disintegrated and faded and looks like junk. It will not withstand the weather and I wish I never bought it

So the safety cover (tarp basically) lasted only 1 yearr before it fell apart from the sun and weather outdoors. Also there is no replacement cover for this trampoline. so now it is a safety hazard (speings exposed) and it is now ugly eye sore.

Assembly went okay. There were a couple bolt holes that didn’t line up quite right so we had to mangle them with other tools. The worst part is that the spring pad is NOT big enough!!!?? I just read other reviews of people having the same issue… so not an assembly error…. It’s several inches too short. Otherwise product seems okay so far.

Great trampoline but the pad around the outside is completely ruined after 2 years and its impossible to find one that fits or find someone to call.

Awesome trampoline. My kids love it. It took like 3 hours for building. The reason it's not have 5 star was because came with one pole cap missing and the defective rod pieces in two sizes.
