I purchased this expecting an Upper Bounce trampoline, but it showed up labeled Plexalife, which was frustrating and misleading. It was also drop shipped from a company called Pharo Deals, adding to the confusion. Right out of the box, there were scratches and even some rust on what's supposed to be a powder-coated frame. After assembly, the bigger issue became obvious — the frame does not hold its shape. Before installing the mat it bowed outward, and once the springs were installed it bowed inward significantly, almost 6 inches from its original shape, especially at the joints. This causes uneven spring tension where some springs (especially in the middle of the long sides) are loose at rest, while the corners are tight. The result is a very noticeable dead spot in the center when jumping. I fully disassembled and reassembled it to rule out user error and had the exact same result. On top of that, customer service was unavailable for a full week due to a “holiday,” in the middle of March, which made the situation even more frustrating. Overall, between the mismatched branding, poor quality control, and frame deformation, this has been a very disappointing experience. I'll be returning it.

cheap mat and springs. The part of the mat that holds the springs on broke in 2 places and the mat got soft and weak after just 1 week of moderate use. started the return process. do not buy.

Horrible experience! We had to have a second trampoline delivered in order match enough parts to put it together. Once together the zipper on the safety net broke immediately. We had the trampoline for 3 weeks before I returned both of them and the springs were already showing significant amounts of rust. Do not buy!

I can’t exactly tell you what I think of the trampoline because we bought it as a Christmas present and sadly it was missing two of the main parts. We reached out to the company who said they would send the parts but here it is a week later and I have no tracking number and no parts. And the kids go back to school in a few days now so it is really sad that they did not get to enjoy their Christmas gift before having to go back to school. They should have gotten us the parts right away. We are very disappointed. Meanwhile we have all the other parts laid out on the ground ready to assemble.

Mat started ripping away from the springs after less than a year. Literally cannot use this without risking injury. Not only was this frustrating, now we cannot find a mat to replace it with. We will have to spend another $1000 to buy a whole new trampoline. DO NOT BUY! NO WAY TO CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Net and mat were damaged upon arrival. Reached out to company, quick to respond and offer replacement under warranty. But parts were not available. Still waiting after 7 months. Now the sun has broken down the spring covers, one more thing to add to the warranty claim and not even a year old. Good luck if you have a warranty claim.

Trampoline came FedEx in 3 seperate boxes,damaged. Nightmare to assemble. No instructions included, have to download an app for instructions that are just pictures. Have to hand weave the net surrounding to the base. Supposed to stand on the trampoline to attach netting to top which required the use of a heat gun to be able to stretch it (not in instructions but only way he could make it work). Missing several springs and no help from the manufacturer...local hardware store had some. Husband is a contractor so specialty tools (which you WILL need) and assembling things is not an issue for him. Took him and 1 other guy several hours! He made it work and our kids love it but omgosh.. Would not buy again!

We have had 3 trampolines over the yrs. due to military moves. This by far was one of the more expensive ones and has just fallen apart. 1) when 1st arrived it was missing springs. 2) the mat portion began to unravel as in thread to mat edge coming apart 3) this caused the loops that hook to the springs and base to also unravel 4) the springs began to fly off as the loops unravel. Very poor quality. We have never had a trampoline of such poor quality.

My kids absolutely love it, but we had our oldest son who is a engineer help us. You will need more than two adults unless you are super strong. If you are finding things don’t match up, you’re not following the directions. We used the app which gave us 3D renderings. Recommend paying for setup. Directions still aren’t great and many pieces look identical. We have had ours for 2 years. The colored parts have faded, but they are still holding up. Love the large size and 500 lb limit. So happy I bought it because it is great to trick your kids into exercising. Still giving it a 5 even with difficult setup.
