My daughter absolutely loves this trampoline! She can tumble on it and she is on it daily. I was a little worried with her being ten only one that will be jumping on it that she wouldn’t use it. I was wrong, she’s on it daily!! It took my husband about 4 hours to assemble.

I'm still waiting for Customer service to get back to me about replacing parts that came defective. The trampoline part itself is not as tight on one end and even the springs come right off on that side. Also the meeting came with broken clips so they don't attach in some places and they are only plastic so annoyed by that. Overall I like the size, weight limit and price of this one. Just hoping to get some pieces fixed.

I purchased this expecting an Upper Bounce trampoline, but it showed up labeled Plexalife, which was frustrating and misleading. It was also drop shipped from a company called Pharo Deals, adding to the confusion. Right out of the box, there were scratches and even some rust on what's supposed to be a powder-coated frame. After assembly, the bigger issue became obvious — the frame does not hold its shape. Before installing the mat it bowed outward, and once the springs were installed it bowed inward significantly, almost 6 inches from its original shape, especially at the joints. This causes uneven spring tension where some springs (especially in the middle of the long sides) are loose at rest, while the corners are tight. The result is a very noticeable dead spot in the center when jumping. I fully disassembled and reassembled it to rule out user error and had the exact same result. On top of that, customer service was unavailable for a full week due to a “holiday,” in the middle of March, which made the situation even more frustrating. Overall, between the mismatched branding, poor quality control, and frame deformation, this has been a very disappointing experience. I'll be returning it.

Big rectangular trampoline for great price and the shipping costs were waived by upgrading my membership card.

I would recommend this trampoline to a family! It’s larger and can hold 500lbs. We were missing one spring.

Great trampoline so far. Easy to assemble. Assembled it by myself except for the net. Net was a challenge but we got it together.
