Great Trampoline! Missing a few pieces of hardware in the original shipment, but after talking with rep from Upper Bounce, they shipped the new hardware set right away. Great company and Great investment for my kiddos!!

Clips that secured net to mat were broken. Seemed cheap. Not sure it would last the winters here in the Northeast. The padding that covers the springs seemed really thin and cheap. After assembling, I took it down the next day and returned it.

Pros: huge size Good quality Fun Cons: spring pads are not the right size and do not cover the springs on both ends! It took a long time to put together: a lot more complicated that a typical round one It’s not the most bouncy

Great trample for teens. We needed one with a greater weight limit. This one holds 500lbs. This is the third trampoline we’ve purchased over the years. We lost our first one in a wind storm. So make sure you secure it to the ground.

This trampoline is perfect for my 8 and 6 year old. It is sturdy and I am very happy with it. My husband and I put it together in about 4 hours. The app was easy to follow.

Overall it is a good product. The spring cover doesn't fit. I understand that it is supposed to be a snug fit but the pieces will not attach at the ends with the velcro. Also, it does not come with anchors. I purchased anchor stakes separately. Assembly wasn't bad. The assembly app was used and worked well. Again, this is a good product overall. Bought this so the whole family could jump and it has been good so far.

Awesome Trampoline! This is the second one we purchase. We have one at grandparents home and the other one at home. The kids love it. It’s really sturdy! Took like 5 hours for my husband to build it. The reason it’s not getting 5 stars was because the second purchase came with one missing part and a defective rod piece. Overall great purchase!

I bought this for my kids for Christmas. Sams shipped it super fast! It appears to have a strong foundation but the pad that goes around the outside is very “cheap” feeling. One of the clips came broken to secure the net to the outer rim of the trampoline, and you cannot just replace the clip without replacing the entire net. I have an email into the company now, so I can’t speak yet to costumer service. My husband and I had it all put together within 2 1/2 hours. Assembly was pretty painless! I would recommend this product at Sams Club price but not at other competitors.

My daughter absolutely loves this trampoline! She can tumble on it and she is on it daily. I was a little worried with her being ten only one that will be jumping on it that she wouldn’t use it. I was wrong, she’s on it daily!! It took my husband about 4 hours to assemble.

Many parts not labeled, although it was simple enough to put together. Pads seem very very cheap to me. A couple of the metal clips stretched out while attaching the springs. Had to bend them back into shape Just lacks some attention to detail. Hopeful that our kids have a fun, safe time jumping..
