I had the original 7" mattress when they first came out and I loved them then and I continue to love them now. I did develop some back problems through the years when I didn't have a Tempur-Pedic. Now I'm back and I can feel it getting better night by night. Otherwise it's just a quality of comfort you have to experience.

We purchased the split King Adapt Medium & LOVE IT!!!!!!! Also purchased the adjustable frames, great for watching late night TV Should've purchased this 5 yrs ago Only slight problem adjusting to the cooling mattress, but after a few short nights, wouldn't trade it for anything. Am sure we'll appreciate it even more when summer comes, Las Vegas Summers are hot. Love the pillows as well & the underneath light, great for those middle of the night trips to the bathroom. The massaging feature is fantastic . ShihTzu Approved !

We ordered the medium hybrid Adapt mattresses based on trying them at a store. After a month we realized for sure that we were used to and wanted a more firm mattress. The exchange process has been a challenge. Through the whole order process and exchange process we were twice charged the wrong amount. The first time has been corrected but not yet the second time. The mattresses themselves are comfortable just not firm enough for us. We had been sleeping on an original Tempur-Pedic mattress that is 14 years old and still good. The folks have been courteous and friendly. Just the process and the charging system needs work so the correct amount goes through the first time.

Sleeping on this mattress feels like you are sleeping on an old worn out mattress and everywhere you move to feels like you are in a soft spot. You just sink in! It is also harder to get out of bed because you feel like you are climbing out of a hole!

We thought the pillow-top was just fine but often struggled with back, hip, and shoulder pain as we grew older and routinely lifted our ever-growing toddler. Recently we upgraded from a queen to a king size bed and decided to splurge on a Tempur-Pedic mattress. We will never go back. I used to be awoken by my husband tossing and turning - but not with the Tempur-Pedic! I never ever realized how disrupted my sleep was until I was able to sleep soundly. Also, the back, hip, and shoulder pain I mentioned; markedly decreased. The Tempur-Pedic wraps your body and alleviates the stresses of the day. Now when I travel and have to suffer with a normal hotel mattress, I miss home. We love this mattress so much we are gifting my parents a 3 inch Tempur-Pedic mattress topper for Christmas!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this bed so far. It's a bit harder than I would like, but my boyfriend is much heavier than me and wanted a firmer mattress. I've gotten used to it and I do sleep much better than with my old mattress. I also love that there is no motion transfer, so when my boyfriend wakes up early or I go to bed late we don't wake each other up. Great selling point for couples on different work/sleep schedules.

Just purchased our first Tempur-Pedic bed. Upon entering, every sales associate greeted us. Vince took us to four different mattresses, explaining all with expertise. I did not feel pressured, rather I felt like a guest whose needs were trying to be met with professionalism and accuracy. From there Vince showed us several pillow styles until we found the one that best matched our mattress selection. Finally, Vince turned into Al Buddy as he patiently helped me find a pair of slippers that were both cute and comfortable. Finally, the manager Paul helped with finalizing the transaction, both ensuring that everything was correct and that we were highly satisfied before leaving. I'm very excited to try our new bed but based on the store experience I feel confident we will sleep very well! As for customer service, Vince knocked it out of the park! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a great experience with the purchase and delivery. After ~30 days we are still undecided on the comfort. It is not quite as "soft" as we would have anticipated with a medium firmness. After seeing all the rave reviews and paying the cost of this mattress, we were anticipating "game changing" sleep, but that has not been the case for us.

I was in a car accident a little over a year ago. Caused two herniated discs. I always woke up in pain that would last the whole day. I went into a furniture store and laid on this. It was FANTASTIC! I knew I had to get it. Ever since I've been sleeping on it I no longer have any pain in my neck and back. I fall asleep super fast, stay asleep too. (That's not normal for me) I will never go back to a normal mattress again. Im super happy that I made this investment! Thank you.

Quality bed and comfortable enough. I don't think it's definitfly worth the price tag. Thought I would be sleeping on a cloud for the price. Still hurts my back and wake up achy and so does hubby. The white glove delivery service was very disappointing and Tempur-Pedic in the sense that they didn't remove my old mattress even though it's describing they do so with the free white glove delivery service. Went back and forth with both the company who delivered my bed and temper pedic. Tempur-Pedic ended up telling me they would come get my old bed after they delivered my bed. Which made no sense. That was about three weeks ago. Well guess what still here. Situation was never resolved. For paying this much for a bed you should stand behind your word in customer service. Not worth calling back to return my bed-no one even knew if we did return it and ended up exchanging how much the charge would be.
