[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have used memory foam mattresses for years in my whole family. This mattress blows all of those other ones out of the water. At first we were a little skeptical about the firmness. Upon laying on the bed at first it feels like it is going to be a hard mattress, but as you lay on it you can feel your body kind of sinking into it. The mattress really does conform to your body. I used to toss and turn all night long trying to find a comfortable spot to sleep in. With this mattress I roll onto my side and I move maybe once during the night to readjust myself, because I no longer feel the aches from being in the same position while sleeping. I love that this mattress does not cause any aches and pains while sleeping in one spot for hours. I can even fall asleep better with this mattress. I have a hard time with falling asleep at night, but I get so comfortable and relaxed in this mattress that that hasn't been an issue. I used to have to take Melatonin just to be able to fall asleep. With this new mattress that has not been an issue for me. The one downside I think of this mattress has is the thickness. I personally prefer a thicker mattress, and a higher bed. That is a small issue in the grand scheme of things and I would choose a comfortable mattress over the depth of a mattress for visual reasons. I would recommend this mattress for anyone who wakes up with everyday aches and pains, because they WILL be gone. You will wake up refreshed and well rested! WOW! I've heard conflicting reviews about the Tempur-Pedic, but my lower back pain had me considering many options. I then recalled a chiropractor years ago who mentioned that Tempur-Pedic was the best mattress for spine alignment. That being said, I went with the Adapt Hybrid, and ... WOW ... I've been experiencing the best, pain-free sleep ever. I can't believe that I waited so long to purchase a Tempur-Pedic. Don't be fooled by all of the mattresses in a box. You can't beat the Tempur-Pedic Adapt for comfort at a reasonable price.

I've only had my mattress for a few weeks, but so far so good. I like to sleep on my back for most of the night and finally I can do that. Yee haw!!! My old mattress was so uncomfortable, that I tossed and turned all night. With my Tempurpedic the difference is like night and day. I no longer toss and turn all night. I sleep a lot better and I don't wake up with a sore back. Again, Yee haw!!! I've been telling family, friends, and co-workers about how much I enjoy my new comfy mattress.

I have been using the same Tempurpedic mattresses since 1999. My old mattress is still going strong, but it was time to upgrade to a larger size. I bought my first new Tempurpedic mattress a few months ago, and I'm happy to say that the product is still excellent. The order was processed quickly and delivery was on time and trouble-free. From website, to my bedroom, the experience was fast, efficient and professional. In these challenging times, service quality from many companies have suffered greatly. Not with Tempurpedic.

The first week or so I did not like it much; I am getting used to it. The thing I most dislike about it is that it is not easy to turn over. The mattress seems to drag and stick to your body. I am feeling less hip pain when I get up and for that I am grateful.

Quality bed and comfortable enough. I don't think it's definitfly worth the price tag. Thought I would be sleeping on a cloud for the price. Still hurts my back and wake up achy and so does hubby. The white glove delivery service was very disappointing and Tempur-Pedic in the sense that they didn't remove my old mattress even though it's describing they do so with the free white glove delivery service. Went back and forth with both the company who delivered my bed and temper pedic. Tempur-Pedic ended up telling me they would come get my old bed after they delivered my bed. Which made no sense. That was about three weeks ago. Well guess what still here. Situation was never resolved. For paying this much for a bed you should stand behind your word in customer service. Not worth calling back to return my bed-no one even knew if we did return it and ended up exchanging how much the charge would be.

We absolutely love our Temper-Adapt Hybrid. It is so comfortable and the adjustable base is amazing. We will never go back with a standard mattress. It was very expensive but worth every penny. Do not waste your money on anything else. Be aware that there is a breaking in period so you will feel it for a week or so. The mattress stays cool and pulls the heat away from you. The zero gravity feature on the adjustable base is simply the best thing ever. We have had our mattress four weeks and feel like new people. The muscle stiffness and soreness, back, neck and shoulder pain have been reduced by 90% and with RA and Degenerative Disk Disease that is saying a lot.

I have purchased Tempurpedic bed toppers for other beds in my house and they came beautifully packaged, clean and flawless. This time when I purchased a topper it came in poorly repackaged, dingy looking and the cover had a rip in it. It was clearly one that someone had sent back after sleeping on it for 90 days. It was clear that quality control had not looked it over before rewrapping it, and I have no idea whether it was sanitized in any way. I am incredibly disappointed with a company that touts itself as being the absolute best. The product itself is good, but I expected better from Tempurpedic.
