After having different bouts of cancer. 2 separate surgeries and recoveries. Being diagnosed with fibromyalgia and having to take meds to keep it under control. I was eager to try a natural anti inflammatory product.one nice not is that it doesn’t interfere with my meds. No way around getting your hands covered in yellow. It’s worth a try.

I have been taking Members Mark Turmeric extract for years. I was taking a harsh drug for heartburn which I haven't used since I started taking Tumeric. I appreciate the 1400 mg dosage and the 180 capsule bottle. Well worth it for the many health benefits

I have taken other brand's of supplemental Tumeric before this one. The Members Mark Tumeric is comparable to the best brands I've tried. The capsule form is easily swallowed and there is no after taste or reflux from them. You don't have to pay an inflated price to obtain a good product.

To be honest, i can’t tell if these work or not. I recently started to take them along with some other supplements. Be careful when you open the bottle—I wasn’t paying attention and when I went to set up my weeks worth of vitamins, the color from the tumeric stained my hands— and then my toothbrush. The pill is fairly large, about the size of a 1-a day vitamin.

They are kind of big capsules, but I am looking forward to feeling better . My health is important.

Turmeric is a great vitamin to take daily to help with inflammation. It takes a while if using before noticing the benefits. We take it daily and over time it helps areas like the knee when it gets injured to get the swelling down and the pain goes down too.

I take this every morning. I can handle the gel caps better than the powder tea. I am hoping this will help with my joints. I haven’t been taking it long enough to tell that yet. But the gel caps are easy to swallow even though they are big. There is no after taste neither.

These are a great value, but a big mess. The turmeric is all over the outside of the capsules, so if you touch them at all, they get on your hands and sometimes face and clothes, which can stain fabric permanently. I’ve had this happen with a couple of other brands, so just be aware.

The capsules are large but slender so they aren’t too difficult to swallow. I’ve been taking for about a week, and have seen some mild improvement; other reviewers mention that it can take a while to see greater effect. They are somewhat pricey so I’m not sure I will be able to continue taking them.
