This is a very good supplement for the pain I was having in my back. Turmeric is good for inflammation.

As with all Members Mark products I have purchased, these seem to be equal to name brands and much lower price!

The size and price are a big help. This product also contains pepper which is needed for the absorption of this product which helps with pain.

After taking turmeric for months I can’t tell any difference or changes in my inflammation or suggest positive results were gained from using the product.

Turmeric is a great vitamin to take daily to help with inflammation. It takes a while if using before noticing the benefits. We take it daily and over time it helps areas like the knee when it gets injured to get the swelling down and the pain goes down too.

After having different bouts of cancer. 2 separate surgeries and recoveries. Being diagnosed with fibromyalgia and having to take meds to keep it under control.
