These are a great value, but a big mess. The turmeric is all over the outside of the capsules, so if you touch them at all, they get on your hands and sometimes face and clothes, which can stain fabric permanently. I’ve had this happen with a couple of other brands, so just be aware.

In researching the benefits of Turmeric, I am happy I have added this supplement to my daily routine. I am a 56 year old type 1 diabetic who suffers with osteoarthritis, would like to lose a few pounds and is not enjoying the aging process. It would be nice to see changes immediately/overnight, but the benefits of taking a supplement can be seen over time. Here are the benefits that are important to me that turmeric has shown to help: Decreases level of glucose in the blood (Diabetes), Anti Inflammatory (Osteoarthritis), Anti-aging and promotes skin health, Increases metabolic rate to burn calories faster, helps prevent heart disease and depression, helps you sleep better. There are many other benefits to taking turmeric these are the ones that are important to me. I am so glad that I have been introduced to this great supplement.

Bought turmeric extract based on my joint specialist recommendations due to my knee arthritis. I figured it couldn’t hurt. And I’ve been taking for about two years now. My overall issues have gotten better, and I will continue taking this brand. It has the added ingredient to allow for better absorption. The price is right, and I like the lack of artificial ingredients or fillers.

I started taking turmeric to alleviate inflammation following worsening back issues. I am now on my third bottle and I can say that I have noticed a reduction of pain in my back, and my hands are less swollen as I notice my rings are looser. The pills are easy to take and I have not had any stomach upset, burping, or aftertaste issues. This formulation also contains BioPerine (pepper) which help improves the absorption and thus increases its effectiveness.

Is working great, very good value. Turmeric is messy in any form so surprised to see those type comments drag down the reviews. Have tried several brands of capsules and even tried it in liquid form which work great but was way, way too messy. To me, all brands I have tried t seem about the same so I go with value. I do have a comment that the bottle is far to large and are only 1/2 filled so could certainly packed in smaller bottles.

I think it is a good product but I get turmeric everywhere after taking them. The capsules are covered in the powder. So I’m always cleaning up yellow finger prints.

So far I've had no problems with this. I have read that other people had problems with other brands turning their hands orange when they got them out of the bottle but these have never left a stain on my hands or in the weekly pill despenser that I use. I'm hoping that this will help with my Fibromyalgia pain.

I've taken these turmeric tablets for about three weeks now. They are a convenient way to get turmeric into your diet without using the powder or the root in your cooking. I like that these tablets are tasteless, odorless, and small enough for an adult to swallow. My only dislike is not with the product itself, but with the cost. At nearly $30, I would not be able to purchase these tablets on a regular basis at my local Sam's Club.

Be careful when handling, stains your hands yellow. Others may only stain slightly, but this one is significant, I think. But they work great. You may just walk around with yellow hands/fingers.

I purchase all of my vitamins and supplements from Sams Club, and have always been happy with them. However, I poured a handful of these out to fill my weekly pill trays, and wound up with yellow hands and fingernails. The color washed off my hands, but I am left with yellow nails. It is incredibly ugly, and will essentially stay this way for the next 180 days. I have had other brands of Turmeric with no problem, but I will certainly never purchase this particular brand again.
