I have been using this turmeric Curcumin for many years one capsule in am and one at pm with meals. It has been helping with my rheumatoid arthritis without needing other meds. I recommend it.

These are a great value, but a big mess. The turmeric is all over the outside of the capsules, so if you touch them at all, they get on your hands and sometimes face and clothes, which can stain fabric permanently. I’ve had this happen with a couple of other brands, so just be aware.

In researching the benefits of Turmeric, I am happy I have added this supplement to my daily routine. I am a 56 year old type 1 diabetic who suffers with osteoarthritis, would like to lose a few pounds and is not enjoying the aging process. It would be nice to see changes immediately/overnight, but the benefits of taking a supplement can be seen over time. Here are the benefits that are important to me that turmeric has shown to help: Decreases level of glucose in the blood (Diabetes), Anti Inflammatory (Osteoarthritis), Anti-aging and promotes skin health, Increases metabolic rate to burn calories faster, helps prevent heart disease and depression, helps you sleep better. There are many other benefits to taking turmeric these are the ones that are important to me. I am so glad that I have been introduced to this great supplement.

I am now on my third bottle and I can say that I have noticed a reduction of pain in my back, and my hands are less swollen as I notice my rings are looser. The pills are easy to take and I have not had any stomach upset, burping, or aftertaste issues. This formulation also contains BioPerine (pepper) which help improves the absorption and thus increases its effectiveness.

Bought turmeric extract based on my joint specialist recommendations due to my knee arthritis. I figured it couldn’t hurt. And I’ve been taking for about two years now. My overall issues have gotten better, and I will continue taking this brand. It has the added ingredient to allow for better absorption. The price is right, and I like the lack of artificial ingredients or fillers.

I've taken these turmeric tablets for about three weeks now. They are a convenient way to get turmeric into your diet without using the powder or the root in your cooking. I like that these tablets are tasteless, odorless, and small enough for an adult to swallow. My only dislike is not with the product itself, but with the cost. At nearly $30, I would not be able to purchase these tablets on a regular basis at my local Sam's Club.

Be careful when handling, stains your hands yellow. Others may only stain slightly, but this one is significant, I think. But they work great. You may just walk around with yellow hands/fingers.

I have used this turmeric for many years. It works well for its intendedpurpose, but the quality of the product has significantly gone downhill. Every pill is covered in turmeric residue which leaves yellow markings on everything in your wake. Doesn’t matter how closely I pay attention or how frequently I wash my hands, I turn around and I find yellow on my phone, my towels, my clothes, etc. It’s getting really irritating.

I’ve used other turmeric/curcumin supplements in the past and decided to try Sam’s Club’s version for inflammation. While the supplement itself seems effective, the capsule design is a major drawback. The bottle and capsules leave yellow residue everywhere when handled. I placed them in a pill organizer and realized there were yellow stains on my hands, counter, and clothing. Turmeric stains are notoriously hard to remove, so this is something customers should be clearly warned about. Better capsule sealing, a different capsule material, or a label advising against using pill organizers would significantly improve the product. Good value and potentially effective, but the staining makes it inconvenient to use compared to other brands I’ve taken.
