Turmeric really helps the arthritis in my hands. I cut back about a year ago to one a day but quickly found out that I better do the 2 a day.

Jar full of yellow dust. I presume it being tumeric. Hands get yellow and anything the pills touch. Should this be or is there a problem.

Tired of Sam's requesting ratings and wanting me to fill out a questionnaire. If I keep buying a product, I must like it.

This is an excellent supplement with solid research behind the value/uses of turmeric.

I trust Members Mark, and the price is right. It comes 1400 mg, 180 capsules. My doctor recommended Turmeric as an additional help for my neuropathy. I am pleased to get it from Sam’s!

Good buy

These are a great value, but a big mess. The turmeric is all over the outside of the capsules, so if you touch them at all, they get on your hands and sometimes face and clothes, which can stain fabric permanently. I’ve had this happen with a couple of other brands, so just be aware.

Tumeric supplements

I started taking these and after about a week I noticed I started getting headaches more frequently. I barely get headaches maybe one every 6 months. So I stopped taking them and after a couple days the headaches stopped. I will be returning to Sams as they were not cheap.
