These capsules are a great value for the money compared to many of the other supplements brands out there. They are quite large, but I have had no trouble swallowing them. I have have some issues with my hips and knees from playing ice hockey and and training horses when I was younger. After three weeks of taking these, I have noticed a difference in those lingering aches and pains I've often dealt with, especially in the morning. I also go to the gym and lift at least three days a week, and I have noticed less soreness after my workouts, and a shorter recovery time. These are also vegan and have little to no additives you often find in many other products.

I started taking these and after about a week I noticed I started getting headaches more frequently. I barely get headaches maybe one every 6 months. So I stopped taking them and after a couple days the headaches stopped. I will be returning to Sams as they were not cheap.

Inflammation relief with a natural product is a wonderful option. I avoid all prescription medications whenever possible. Easy to swallow and no after taste. It’s great for pain relief for a wide variety of ailments from joint pain to headaches. It’s a daily must in my vitamin regiment. It’s definitely a good quality product.

I purchase all of my vitamins and supplements from Sams Club, and have always been happy with them. However, I poured a handful of these out to fill my weekly pill trays, and wound up with yellow hands and fingernails. The color washed off my hands, but I am left with yellow nails. It is incredibly ugly, and will essentially stay this way for the next 180 days. I have had other brands of Turmeric with no problem, but I will certainly never purchase this particular brand again.
