After two weeks of taking this supplement I feel much better. Turmeric is said to provide a range of health benefits coupled with black pepper extract helps to enhance the absorption and provide a healthy inflammatory response. Additionally it is a antioxidant given way for countless known helth benefits.

These capsules STAIN EVERYTHING! I ruined a pair of pants and brand new bedsheets just by accidentally dropping a capsule on them. The yellow does NOT wash out, even with every stain removal trick under the book. I will not be purchasing these again.

I've used other turmeric/curcumin supplements in the past and decided to try Sam's Club's version for inflammation. While the supplement itself seems effective, the capsule design is a major drawback. The bottle and capsules leave yellow residue everywhere when handled. I placed them in a pill organizer and realized there were yellow stains on my hands, counter, and clothing. Turmeric stains are notoriously hard to remove, so this is something customers should be clearly warned about. Better capsule sealing, a different capsule material, or a label advising against using pill organizers would significantly improve the product. Good value and potentially effective, but the staining makes it inconvenient to use compared to other brands I've taken.

It is supposed to help with inflammation and joint pain, and it seems to do what it advertises.
