To be honest, i can’t tell if these work or not. I recently started to take them along with some other supplements. Be careful when you open the bottle—I wasn’t paying attention and when I went to set up my weeks worth of vitamins, the color from the tumeric stained my hands— and then my toothbrush. The pill is fairly large, about the size of a 1-a day vitamin.

I just started using this Extra Strength Turmeric Extract 1400 mg. They also contain 1000 mg. of curcumin. It contains Bioperine Black Pepper Extract. It may help support normal inflammation. It may also help maintain a healthy cardiovascular system and heart. It also may help with joint and mobility comfort. They are vegetarian capsules. They have no artificial sweeteners, no synthetic dyes, no artificial flavors, no preservatives, no dairy , no soy, no gluten. Take two a day. They are kind of big capsules, but I am looking forward to feeling better . My health is important.

After having different bouts of cancer. 2 separate surgeries and recoveries. Being diagnosed with fibromyalgia and having to take meds to keep it under control. I was eager to try a natural anti inflammatory product.one nice not is that it doesn’t interfere with my meds. No way around getting your hands covered in yellow. It’s worth a try.

It’s hard to say after a short few weeks what changes if any I can notice. I know it has anti inflammatory effects but haven’t felt any difference. It does have BioPerine which allows for better absorption. You can smell the turmeric which for me is a positive.

I've started using Turmeric recently to potentially help with inflammation due to tennis elbow, and had a noticeable improvement since using this product, I'm definitely pleased with the success this has provided for me. I generally have a sensitive stomach when taking supplements but I've been taking the Turmeric with a small snack and have had no problems. Turmeric has a very intense yellow color and I like that this supplement is a vegetarian capsule with no additives, including no artificial coloring to temper the dark yellow of the capsule.

I have been taking Members Mark Turmeric extract for years. I was taking a harsh drug for heartburn which I haven't used since I started taking Tumeric. I appreciate the 1400 mg dosage and the 180 capsule bottle. Well worth it for the many health benefits
