Great looks, good quality and excellent customer service. We like this so much we ordered the coordinating pergola to go with it. Would highly recommend.

Over all the product was very stout. The assembly took way more then 9 hours. And some of the wood was split and the hardware was somewhat cheap. The instructions were just ok.

I bough this gazebo last summer & we absolutely love it. The craftsmanship and quality is excellent! It looks so great in our backyard. If ever need another one, I would buy this same one once again for sure! Amazing value as well

All the hardware and predrilled holes lined up awesome. Nothing arrived damaged. Common sense assembly and instruction that are really easy to follow. Love it!

Still working on the install but so far I'm very happy. My Gazebo arrived quickly, all of the parts were included, and the Bilt app instructions are great.

We bought one in May and liked it so much we bought another one in June. We installed it ourselves. Not to difficult to build following the instructions and the app.

We bought this last summer and it is perfect! Extremely durable, wood is beautiful and the roof is solid. I would buy it again 100%. My husband and I put it together; would recommend a third adult.

This last one we brought was our third one. My husband modified them to hook them all together. We added lights and outdoor fans which make for a very comfortable and beautiful oasis. LOVE THEM!

Purchased for a permanent shade in our treeless backyard. But not only did we get shade we got a beautiful feature to our yard. I love to be outside now!

My patio has been a very pleasant place to be since installing this unit! Love it! I paid for installation, and they did a stellar job. This Brookdale Gazebo has been through storms, winds, and heavy snow with no issues. Very pleased with it!
