only bad part is the many wooren parts cracked but calling the factory to ship broken parts was fast, delivered within two business days. however, later on found posts cracked from the middle again. assymbled it with my wife she read instructions and i done the work :D took us 3 days including rainy days approximately (3-4 hours work a day for two people). it was fun and we surely spending more time in the back yard now. do not forget to seal the wood

I bought mine in October 2019 and put it up myself in November. While it take some time and a lot of work I enjoyed the task and it works perfectly. We move the ability to have electricity in the evenings. Plan on buying another for vacation home when back in stock.

I bought my gazebo almost a year ago. As a family we never went in the backyard, since we've purchased the gazebo the whole hangs out under the shade. From bbq,to listening to music, to my daughter doing her homework. The already installed electric power source comes in handy I've added lights to the gazebo and I am getting ready to install a TV for more backdoor fun. I recommend the gazebo and give it 5 stars.

My mom had this shipped to her house. It comes in 5 very heavy boxes! I’m glad we did not have to pick it up at the store. The delivery company was good and kept us informed by email when they would be delivering it. We originally planned to put this together by ourselves. However, I read all the reviews and chickened out! I’m so glad we didn’t attempt this. There was no way we could have done this. There is a phone number on the box from “Go Configure” so my mom decided to pay for assembly. It was only $400, compared to the $500 price tag that showed if you ordered install at the same time as she ordered the gazebo. Today the 2 installers came to the house. Ladies and gentleman, they completed this install in 2.5 hours!!!! It is beautiful! I highly recommend you bite the bullet and pay for install. I think if my husband and I would have attempted it, we would have ended up killing each other!!! (Not to mention it would have taken up a week to put up!) Love this!!!!!

A bit overwhelming when you first unpack it all. I think the fascia boards should have be one piece. Not sure this is for the "novice" do it yourselfers, the BILT app was a great reference, although the manual was very detailed and accurate... over all very happy with how it turned out, great addition to the yard

On the out side of the box, it indicated the measurement is10x12. I had Contrators lay a 10x12 concrete foundation. It took 2 service guys and 6 hours to put the gazebo together. Finally , after all said and done. It measured 8x10. It’s smaller than the concrete. But! It looks very nice in my backyard.

Very nice, looks just like the picture. Sturdy. Not crazy about the person that came and assembled it though, we just noticed one of the legs is crooked and we found screws on the ground that probably should have been used. All in all it's a very nice gazebo.

Well designed, well made. Not difficult to assemble, especially using BILT. Pay particular attention to the location of the pilot holes for subsequent construction steps. I had to disassemble a few steps because of this. Highly recommended.

Had it for almost a year now - it was easy to assemble. It’s looks great. We love it - only complaint after a year there is one spot where the stain is chipping.

Just had installed, looks beautiful, we spend a lot of time on our deck, we will probably spend more time. So glad I bought this. This review would not load photo.
