We bought this in the fall of 2020 with plans to install it as part of rebuilding our old deck. The deck is done except for the railings but we are in the process of building the gazebo. The weather hasn't been cooperating but we are moving ahead with our project. The assembly has been straightforward and the directions fairly clear. A few more tips and suggestions would help a bit. I had to call the manufacturer to replace some damaged parts. They were sent out right away with no questions asked and customer service was very helpful. We are to the point of putting the roof on and we can't wait to see the finished product. Looking good so far!! Maybe I can add a finished photo when completed.

We purchased this last summer & really enjoy having shelter from the sun & rain. The electric is nice to have for lights, phones, blender, etc. It was a LOT of parts, but the video was very helpful & we just took our time. We stained all the boards before we started.

This backyard discovery gazebo is beyond expectation! It is built solid with excellent construction. The design and look can work with any backyard style. The outlet feature on the leg is so convenient. All our guests are wowed and can’t believe how affordable it was. It is truly the centerpiece of our backyard paradise!

We bought this gazebo is the mist of the pandemic last June. Assembly definitely requires 2-3 people mainly because of all the pieces/parts and the weight. Instructions were very straightforward. There were a few times we got confused. Recommended is to lay out off the hardware and keep it organized. It's a given but there are a ton! It took my husband, dad and brother about 9-10 hours. Overall, I'd recommend it! We get nothing but compliments!

My mom had this shipped to her house. It comes in 5 very heavy boxes! I’m glad we did not have to pick it up at the store. The delivery company was good and kept us informed by email when they would be delivering it. We originally planned to put this together by ourselves. However, I read all the reviews and chickened out! I’m so glad we didn’t attempt this. There was no way we could have done this. There is a phone number on the box from “Go Configure” so my mom decided to pay for assembly. It was only $400, compared to the $500 price tag that showed if you ordered install at the same time as she ordered the gazebo. Today the 2 installers came to the house. Ladies and gentleman, they completed this install in 2.5 hours!!!! It is beautiful! I highly recommend you bite the bullet and pay for install. I think if my husband and I would have attempted it, we would have ended up killing each other!!! (Not to mention it would have taken up a week to put up!) Love this!!!!!

I bought this gazebo through Sam's Club. I'm very satisfied with the quality and I got it at a great price. We used the installers recommended by Sam's and they were fantastic. It was obvious they had done this before and completed the job within a few hours. I wouldn't hesitate to buy this gazebo. Customer service is also great.

We purchased this online along with the assembly. It was delivered a couple of weeks later and the assembly company, Go Configure, came out to assemble it about a week later. It took them right at 5 hours. After seeing all of the boxes and parts, we are thrilled that we chose to have it put together by the pros. It fits perfectly on aggregate patio and adds so much appeal to our backyard. We are very well pleased and use it everyday! We have photos of how great it turned out. Unfortunately, the photo upload of this review isn’t working.

We bought this from Sam's club and put it together ourselves, I feel like it went together fairly easy. I had some friends help me put on the roof panels. Some of the roof frame boards were a little warped but nothing too serious. If you have to have a missing or damaged piece replaced just contact them and they'll expedite it to you right away, that's what they say at least, I didn't have any missing or damaged pieces. The electrical kit is a nice touch. We sealed all the individual pieces before we began assembly, the instructions say the warranty is contingent on that. The warranty is pro-rated and decreases over time. It's imperative that you make sure everything is square and level during assembly. This thing is very sturdy and stately and beautiful! I feel like it probably raised our property value. We had a steel framed canvas gazebo before that got destroyed by a windstorm last fall, I told the wife we're not wasting money on another one like that, we're going to put in something permanent and nice. This thing says made in China but the company, backyard discovery, is in Pittsburgh Kansas. We're very happy with our purchase.

Nice gazebo. Wood wasn't warped. I've had different brands in the past and the wood was warped or bent. Good quality wood. Easy installation with two people, three is helpful on some parts of install. Can be put up in one day. We put ours over a hot tub and it works great.

We bought this gazebo about 6 months ago, to cover our jacuzzi that we had ordered. We had the company listed on the box assemble it. SO WORTH IT!!! We knew we were going to be doing some building of our own, so I was thrilled to have someone else assemble it!! The quality is excellent and we are just thrilled. The rustic/craftsman style fits our vibe perfectly too. You can see from the photos that we added a wall and a half-wall to help with jacuzzi noise reduction, as well as some lighting. The electrical option (which we thought we wouldn't use), has come in VERY handy. We have since plugged in a Wifi extender as well as a ceiling fan into it. I sit in the gazebo daily, as we wait for our jacuzzi to arrive. I HIGHLY recommend this purchase!!
