Bought this this past summer and used it everyday that weather permitted. Added the matching pergola and have had many compliments. Looking forward to many years of enjoyment from these products.

I have been truly enjoy my gazebo. Save me thousands of dollars by not having one built that is attached to my house. Installation took about 2 days. I did 90% alone. The main thing I needed help with was setting the first vertical section and the roof. Overall very satisfied,

We’ve had it for a year now, purchased direct from the company. Shipping was quick and all contents were packed soundly. Literally any able bodied human can assemble this product. I would strongly recommend careful study of instructions before assembly, as this step is easily overlooked but highly necessary to avoid partial disassembly due to detail oversight. My only recommendation for the company would be to provide more robust concrete anchors, as the provided ones easily pop up after some time, as well as fragile heads snap off with too much torque applied.

the phone so for the assembly makes this positive review. No chinese instruction manual to decipher. Using the enclosed instructions is doable. but not nearly as quick. The only issue with the AP is that it really sucks the battery down. The only thing I would change about the structure is the Two Post Anchor plates and two apparently cosmetic flat plates. The cost to make them all anchor plates would have been negligible, and the whole structured depends on these not failing in a high wind. They expect you to mount this on concrete apparently. Really? Does anyone? Ours is on the end of a pier on our lake, so I would have preferred more split anchor options for wood.

We bought this 7 months ago and it is exactly what we were looking for. It is very well made and beautiful. Customer service and delivery were so easy. We had one cracked pillar and backyard discovery sent us a new one very quickly. With the BILT app from the App Store, my husband and I were able to put the gazebo together with the help of two people to put the four pillars up as well as to put the roof pieces on. We also had our landscaper dig the footers and then my husband was able to drill to secure the pillars in the ground. We are very happy with this gazebo.

The wife and I put this together. It was amazing how precise the pieces fit together and how the holes all lined up. All the pieces were there and fasteners too. For the most part, pretty simple but you will have you some muscles as you erect the frame and put the roof on.

Purchased and installed the 12X10 Brookdale gazebo last summer. Very pleased with shipping and quality of product. Live in North Dakota and it’s holding up well with the weather conditions. I have it bolted to a concrete slab and gazebo is very sturdy.

This gazebo is everything we were hoping for. A great addition to our patio to enable us to sit out in the rain if desired and give us some shade during the heat of the summer. The instructions for assembly were easy to follow. I only required minimal assistance to steady the posts while attaching connecting boards and then to lift on the roof sections. Otherwise all can be done with one person. Quality is great and hope to enjoy it for many years!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a beautiful gazebo and looks great out on the concrete pad we had poured. Well built structure and we had this assembled by the contractor who poured the pad. Although it came with an electric hookup I wired the gazebo and included additional plug receptacles and USB ports for outside use. The kit does come with a link for building the structure and a nice instruction manual and 800 number for any questions. We are very pleased with this structure and it was worth the cost and fits our needs. It is solid, has protection on the footings but you will have to purchase anchors for the feet of you plan to secure it to a concrete pad, which isn’t a big deal. Some helpful tips - the roof section or ladder piece will require two people to push it up into place and one man up on a ladder to secure it into position. The metal roof pieces come with a plastic protective film, so keep this box cool and out if the sun so that the plastic doesn’t bake onto the metal surface. Electric - the electric is basically a plug & use system. In other words, if you do not have an outlet nearby you will need to run an extension cord to the gazebo and plug it in to the wiring that is provided with the kit. I opted to run electric underground through half inch conduit to power the lights and receptacles that I installed. The lower portion of the support columns on the gazebo are hollow. This will allow you to run the conduit up into the leg and conceal it completely. You will have to drill an access hole for a receptacle. The columns are at least 2 inches thick and there is a built-in solid portion at the top for the structural integrity of the gazebo. This is a beautiful gazebo, structurally sound and you won’t be disappointed by purchasing it!
