broke in less than a month

Title says it all. Bought it brand new and worked fine for a few weeks. Now it won't even turn on. Screen flickers and has a blinking red standby light. Probably already needs some sort of repairs which is ridiculous for a new TV. Will be going with SONY next time.

Great picture, problematic audio

Picture is great, apps work as they should. Audio is a disaster. The built in speakers are weak, but anytime the SPDIF audio output is used the audio stops at random times and won't come back intil the input source is changed to something else and then back. Intolerable.

Smh Samsung

I received this TV as a Christmas gift. It replaced a 15 year old VIZIO tv. Boy, how I miss my VIZIO tv. I thought I was getting a quality product but sadly Samsung has let me down. I have issues with the sound. It drives me insane when I go to another room and can only hear crinkling noises. The sound also shuts off and I have to change the channel for it to come back on. I purchased a sound bar for it, but in order for you to control it with one remote, it needs an hdmi cable to connect. Returning the sound bar as the 2 hdmi ports are already taken. i'm stuck with this tv. thanks samsung!

Nice TV, BUT NO Netflix

This is a beautiful TV which I purchased for the news and to watch Netflix movies on. Lo and behold there isn't any Netflix button on the remote and when I contacted them on their CHAT Room they were unable to fix it. Then I learned that Samsung has some problem with Netflix and it's not only me but a lot of others who aren't able to access it. The darn set is too big and heavy to return (I had it delivered) but I'm about to take it down (wall mount) and replace it with my 3 year old Vizio that worked just fine. I will absolutely never buy another Samsung product.

Very Concerned

Bought this Samsung Nu6900 and I must say I am not too happy with the dull images that I am seeing. The colors are not rich and the tint of skin color is off. I noticed the greens are pale looking instead of sharp and rich. Bought this November 18, 2019 so I have had it only a few days but no matter what I am doing to adjust things it just isn't working to my viewing satisfaction. At the moment useless I can adjust this thing I wouldn't recommend it to anyone else.

Refresh rate issues

I just purchased this tv for the super bowl. The picture quality was great as the game was broadcast in 4k. However shortly after I started noticing the screen glitch on the upper left quadrant of the screen. I thought it might be just the program i was watching but it keeps showing up. I think it's a refresh rate thing. Can I fix this? Should I return it? Would love some insight...

easy fix

i still have mine works perfect now it had a dark screen on one side then i fixed it turn your back light down that what causes all the problems i adjust it to zero back and forth a few dozen times watch it at 0 was a bit dark for a few hours then put it a 20 and it worked perfect again keep your back light at 20 so dont waste your money on back light you dont need them

Awesome TV for price, software is horrible though

pros: for the price this tv is perfect. i would ignore the bad reviews about the black bars on display; that is probably because they held the tv by its sides and put pressure on the middle of the screen. it is a flat screen and needs to be handled delicately. cons: still cannot set up the smartthings app; tried every method, resetting everything, and nothing; it simply is viewed as offline, even though the tv is on and i can stream video, and the network test works great. i have tried to set it up over time, and still nothing.

Awesome product and great price!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Outstanding image quality and size. Extremely pleased with these purchase. Even though is wireless N and not wireless ac. I really cannot complain at all. I am still trying to find anything not to like from this TV.

First 4k tv purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this last month, I think the price is fare especially for the 120hz refresh rate. I think it will be good for the long run. it does the job. I like that it has air play built in to it thus avoiding a separate purchase for the Apple TV unit. Im very happy with the purchase.
