Love the Smart TV app collection and support

The TV displays HD channels with crystal clarity. The bulky remote has been replaced with a nice and compact one, that is more responsive. The contrast is amazing, and this is a great TV to watch live action sports, and wildlife movies/documentaries. Samsung could give a longer cord with it, so that I don't have to buy extension cords when I mount it on the wall.

TV has an awesome picture, so far it is just great ! Only major flaw is the Volume is POOR even when adjusted. Unfortunate when the rest is great ! I would steer clear of this Model just because of the volume lack of adjustment !

kind of a bummer

it worked great for a few days then it would stop streaming netflix, hulu, ect, it just freezes up. called samsung customer service and they told me it's a glitch and told me to unplug tv, unplug router.. plug it back in.. presto it works. so i had to do that pretty much every day for a week. i called again today and they went in remotely and tried some things. the self diagnosis on the tv is unavailable along w/some other feature for troubleshooting. they were just grey, you couldn't click on them. they were able to fix it, for now. they again told me it was a glitch w/the tv. when asked if the problem persists, they said it could be a problem w/the internet. it's a brand new house w/high speed internet and a wireless signal booster just for giggles. pretty frustrating so far. beautiful picture when it's working though, holy cow.

Careful of what ya buy

I bought this tv as a Christmas gift for myself. It's a Samsung 65”. I myself like Samsung. But this one should never have left the assembly line. The volume goes in and out on it. Thank God I have surround sound. The tv repeatedly changes channels all on its own when I don't have anything programmed. When I do program a setting of a show I want to watch, sometimes it puts on the show and sometimes it goes to a channel that has nothing to do with the channel I programmed in. What a piece of junk.

Terrible TV, terrible Samsung service

Worst TV I have ever had the displeasure to own. Doesn't connect to other devices especially Apple TV. I expect to be returning this asap. Tried to call Samsung service but the young man was so obviously reading from a script, it was a waste of both of our time.
