Great flat screen. Didn't have screws to mount wall bracket, so a trip to the local hardware store. 2nd Samsung flat screen, so far have not had any problems. Picture looks good, no lines, no waves, ect.

Poor customer service

I received this tv with missing screws in the box. I contacted Sam's Club who referred me to Samsung. I am still waiting for 4 stupid screws to mount the legs. This tv is useless right now. I will never order online again!

Almost great, but sound is not up to par!!!!

Only issue we have is the sound, for almost all stations or programs, you have to turn up real high and it doesn't always sound clear. Thinking of returning for this reason alone.

When fast movement it seems to lag

I love how light weight this is and the color I was disappointed when I opened my Box after my purchase and my TV was broke and I still got it took connect and the picture is good when it's still but fast movement causes lag. I need help for the price I paid it sucks!

Sound and power button

I bought this tv in Feb 2018, six months after I started having problems with the sound. When I initially turned on the tv, the sounds would 'pulse' and then mute. Once I change the channel, the sound comes back. This would happen every time I turn on the TV. Then eight months later the power button on the turn just broke off the TV. I've contacted customer service on this matter. I was told the power button breaking was my fault and for the sound problem, they have me to reset the TV. About three days after resetting the TV, the sounds now 'mutes' and comes back within seconds.

Screen went out

A little after a month I got it, as a Christmas/ Birthday gift the screen appeared with lines on it. I had a technician come out and they said it is not repairable and that someone through something at it. No one was home all that day and I did not get home until 10pm.

I'm a huge SAMSUNG fan, but this model is a no-go

I thought buying a new 4k TV meant it would look better than my 5 year old SAMSUNG Curve, however, that is clearly not the case. I hated it so much, I had to send it back. Sports just looked awful on this TV. I ended up upgrading the Q60 series and I love that model. But this model is not worth the low price in my opinion.

DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ive had trouble with multiple apps not working including amazon prime all the way up until today. ive been fed up with this tv for awhile now. constantly just turning off, all around complete dissapointment. i wound up having to buy a firestick for a samsung 4k smart tv because the apps werent working properly. pretty pathetic for a “top dollar” company. like many other reviews ive read the tipping point for me was this random 8 inch black line that appeared on the right hand part of the tv. weve had it for 18 months, just like the other reviews said. whats pathetic is that ive had many many other tvs that werent house hold name brand that worked for me better in every sense of the word.

Was Great at first...

When I first purchased the TV, I was very happy with it. No issues setting it up and using the Smart Features. Not a bad TV at all... But then a Black Bar has appeared on the Right Hand side of the screen. I have been reading a lot of other Samsung TV owners are having the same issues and nothing is being done about it. Very Disappointed with this purchase!
