After exactly 3 years I can't use the washer. It will not complete the spin cycle. Shakes so bad and the drum has dropped significantly. I had the suspension rods replaced, but did not fix the problem. I am a grandmother raising 2 grandsons, 1 with special needs. I can not put more money into it and I can not get a new washer. This has kept me up at night and brings me to tears. A washer should last more than 3 years! I bought a new set just for the reason it would last longer. But here I am, no washer!

Once connected to WiFi, you can remotely start and stop loads, the system will also alert when each cycle is finished. It is a very adaptable and simply effective washing system.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our previous washing machine as a front load. We didn't like that design, especially since our laundry room is very narrow. When this washer was ordered, I thought I was getting an agitator-style washer but it turned out to be an impeller model. After using it for the past 6 months, I'm very happy with it. Loads do take longer to wash but clothes come out just as clean and most likely with less long-term damage. My only complaint is that the tone played at end of cycle cannot be disabled or changed.

It's really convenient. Clothes come out nice and clean. The delicate cycle is not too harsh. Overall, it's a great product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer in March 2022 and I love it. It's huge, I no longer have to take comforters to laundromat and there's a lot of settings. The reason for 4 stars is because I have to use a stool to reach the bottom of it. I am 4ft 11in.

We bought this as a replacement, by far the worst appliance decision we have ever made. I would give it less than 1 star if I could. Often gets out of balance despite checking to ensure level and everything else imaginable (full load, half load). The default feature when it is out of balance is to throw a code then restart the cycle to dump an additional amount of water. Always occurs when it enters the spin cycle, hence it is starting over. This continues over and over wasting a lot of water. I would never recommend buying this washer, you cannot set it and forget it, might as well wash clothes by hand with the amount of attention we have to give this was washing machine. Avoid at all costs.

My previous Samsung washer went out on me after 10 years of use and I couldn't help but stay true to the brand and get another one. It has similar function designs as my previous one but with more control options. Its very spacious inside and holds and washes my King size bedsheets and comforter just fine. The vibration is at a minimum for my household, where the laundry room is on the main floor. The water levels has been great, I love having the glass top to see inside and make sure my clothes are being washed accurately. The jingle doesn't annoy me as it do some with the end wash cycle lol. The spin cycle is great and leaves clothes with little to no water left on them. The timer display is a great addition with being able to work it into other schedules and chores around the house. Great purchase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I received my washer and dryer last week and I absolutely love them. The first use was a run cycle and it was so quiet. The second use I washed towels and when I tell you , you could see the difference in how well it cleaned them . I also love how big the drum in the machines are. I am able to wash my king sized comforter with ease and it doesn't seem compacted in the machine. So far so good. I'll add more in the future if things change. Update So I've used the dryer weekly and it works great drying all of my clothing. Everything is completely dried when the cycle ends. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because when I dried my comforter it had to go 2 cycles before being completely dried. Other than that I really live the dryer. Update We love the washer. It cleans our clothes very well. My daughter said her white t shirts are like brand new. I love the self clean option on the washer it's a great idea on a large appliance. Another favorite feature is the quiet vibration. I never know when it's washing. When the song comes on at the end is when I remember I put a load in. The smart care app for the samsung products can also be very useful if you have to diagnose an issue. Overall 5 stars for me
