Worst washer ever...takes hours for one load...so cost more in electric. Always need to use deep fill or it will never clean the clothes. It never fully draines there is always water in the bottom. My old turn know washer can have all the was done in one day off....this takes to much time for one load all day I'm lucky to get two loads of wash done. Stay away from computers horrible

Since we have had this washer, it's done nothing but do what a washers supposed to do. The agitator works great in making sure all the clothes gets washed and comes out looking and smelling clean. The only compliant or issue I can make is how the loads get unbalanced. Have since learned using auto level and have had no issues. Great washer and great product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] ,I keep my clothes very clean, the white that my husband uses at work he washes very well, and my little son's clothes do not damage them something that I liked was the washing time in a large load its time is a little more than an hour before it lasted almost 2 hours in a single load and with few clothes, the placement of liquid soap and fabric softener is much better since finishing washing leaves it clean without residues is something very favorable the sound when washing is very little that is a good point in its favor, with the rest I am happy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It works well is very quiet. It is a bit deep if you are a shorter person due to having to bend a bit difficult when removing clothes from washer. The end of cycle chime is very pleasant. I was impressed with the amount of clothing it washes at one time. I was able to place 3 blankets easily. It has a special setting for bedding. I used to own a front load washer , so I was Leary about purchasing this top loader. I like that you can fit large loads at one time, really like the self clean feature, as it prevents any kind of mold or mildew build up like my previous washer made. I also like the self calibration capability, as it will ensure proper weighing of each load consistently. I just love having an up to date washer that does an amazing job in getting my clothes clean. Thumbs up to Samsung for an amazing product.

First of all, the price I paid can't be beat for a brand new washer! I absolutely love love love this washer! This washer is very easy to use. The soft close lid is an amazing feature as well. The washer is very quiet and does not shake or vibrate during the wash (vibration reduction technology, amazing!) and spin cycles like normal old bulky washers do. This washer gets our clothes super clean and they dry quickly. There are many preset cycles to choose from. I used the deep wash cycle, warm water, high water level. It also spins and balances itself at the beginning of the cycle for correct water level. At the end of the wash, the washer plays a cute melody. 1000% recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer turned out better than I had hoped for.  It's equipped with various settings to facilitate our different loads (small, large, delicate, etc.) It makes ways less noise than my last washer. The noise is faint even when in close proximity. Washer allows you to drop in last minute items even after load was started (you will have to give it a few seconds to unlock though). Most of its features are straightforward. Comes with a safety lock which is a great added layer of protection for when kids are around. Washer does a great job in ensuring there isn't excess water in loads which makes drying much faster.

The price made it even better I can’t wait to purchase the dryer also I recommend for everyone to get a Samsung appliance it’s worth every penny the inside is very spacious.. I love the fact that it has 8 different settings my favorite is Deep Wash I have a née born and keeping her clothes clean is my first priority and I also love Bedding/Waterproof I have a lot of sheets and comforters that can always use deep cleaning Compared to other brands I’ve used in the past they don’t compare Samsung has really put a lot of effort and work into these products..I love that when I’m washing clothes I don’t hear anything coming from my washer it’s silent the door doesn’t make a sound when it’s being closed and it Self cleans you can’t beat that at all I guarantee your old washer would never give you these options the fact that I can look through the window and see what’s going on inside is BANANAS I’m most definitely sharing my experience and happiness to my friends and family I Love my new Samsung Washing Machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to use. I love that i don't always have to check on my machine to find out when it finish washing my clothes. It provides a timer. It doesn't make any noise. It holds more clothing than my other washing i had before. Does quick wash for smaller clothes and also i have an option to deep clean my washer. It also doesn't shake very loud when its spinning. It washed my clothes really great and i have areas to place my detergent and softner instead of having to put it all in one area. Also lets me know how much i would save using this product.

I've had this a year and I love it! My clothes are cleaner than my not so old Maytag (huge waste of money). It's so quiet. It agitates at different speeds and the tub is huge, if you wash blankets and such. I can puts a load of towels in, put it on high water and they come out perfect. I usually just use the medium setting with the water set at eco/warm. I don't have a large family, but if I did, I would LOVE this washer!
